I would like to let you know that the package has now been returned due to 2 failed delivery attempts to your address, then since it was at a pick up point for 7 days for pick up it was returned to us. Caution Caution Caution

Very disappointed in thus company for both customer service and product. I purchased a pair of Parlanti boots to have a show pair and after a handful of wears the zipper broke. Because I was out of warranty instead of standing by the product and brands they sell they just said “too bad” and recommended I fix them myself. I would recommend purchasing through another company with better customer service because if you need it they will not help.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with both our customer service and the product did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product fails after only a few uses.
After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the boots are now over a year old, which places them outside of the warranty period. Since the broken zipper is not covered under warranty, we advised you to have the boots repaired locally. This would be the quickest and most cost-effective solution. An alternative option would be to return the boots to us, but the return costs would be higher than the local repair, and you would be without the boots for 5-6 weeks.
We understand this is not the solution you had hoped for, and we regret that we were unable to assist you further. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and are open to further communication if you have any questions or would like to discuss other possible solutions.
