Visited with a view to potentially selling three guns and some cartridges. Were kept waiting nearly an hour for the manager who never could be bothered to speak to us. In the mean time another very pleasant but totally ill-informed member of staff incorrectly told us that our guns would need sending away for steel proofing (which they do not) before regulations change in 2027 (not 2029 as is correct) and that they were therefore worth nothing, but they could “take them off our hands” (at a fee of £50 per gun) along with 425 boxed cartridges.
Staff shortages during holidays may be acknowledged but rudeness and - to be genereous - let’s say “poor staff training” rather than “misrepresentation” are unforgivable. Happily, another dealer has offered a fair price for the lot.

Just purchased a new air rifle from the shop in Marlow and was really impressed by the service level from the staff and the comprehensive selection of models available!George ,who served me had a really detailed product knowledge and the right model which was IN STOCK!
Given the general standard of service in the retail sector
at the moment,I was amazed to find such competent staffing coupled with immediate availability!

Bought a pair of binoculars after seeing them on their website. I phoned the physical shop with a few queries and was dealt with in a very pleasant, helpful and professional manner. I subsequently ordered them online and the binoculars arrived within 48 hrs, really well packaged via Royal Mail (free delivery) Absolutely nothing not to like, perfect, just wish the shop was nearer to where I live.

Excellent customer service, knowledgable staff, Tony & Ryan go out of their way to make sure your leaving with the right items rather than selling you what they want. I would highly recommend them.
