Very good quality clothes and cool designs, I wasn’t sure about it when I first ordered from here but I really liked the clothes I got and have since been ordering from them as often as I can. Good service and they always have good deals going on.

The clothing from the shop is amazing, most of which I simply cannot get from my local shops, and I appreciate customer service being helpful with my request in changing the size of an ordered item.

I love love love emmiol! they have really good jeans and tops there and arrive fast + nice quality. i get a lot of clothes there and they all feel comfortable! they also have a lot of codes, so it is easy to buy a lot with little money. anyways, i recommend emmiol a lot if you’re needing an extra pair of jeans!

So bad, I ordered a dress and it said it would take 10 business days maximum and then I purchased it and then it said 20 business days and I needed it before then. I contacted customer service and it just told me repeatedly if I’m sure if I want to cancel my orders. YES IM SURE. It’s also not even came yet and it’s now October. Waste of money don’t buy from it sucks. I want my money back

The blouse is very comfortable and the fabric is lightweight and soft, I loved it!

I got my dupe skort in from EMMIOL and I am in love! I'm used to similar styles from Shein and I have to say this dupe is very nice quality and worth the wait time and investment. It took a while for this to even ship, but once it did I got it within a week. So give it roughly 3 weeks for arrival based on my experience. However, the material is well-made and seems to be sized accurately. I possibly could have sized up one, so if you're in between sizes or you're not sure, size up just to be safe. It's comfortable to wear and unlike the Shein skorts where the shorts tend to 'ride up' these seem to stay more in place. They go up, but not in a 'wedgy' type way like the Shein ones seem to do - if that makes any sense. LOL. Definitely get these though if you were on the fence! Plus, it has POCKETS!! My only complaint is how long it takes to ship and receive without any tracking updates. Otherwise the quality and product is great.

This company is really good, great quality clothes for a good price comes on time and much more. I’ve have made a couple orders from Emmiol and every time my package comes on time.

I was very apprehensive about buying from EMMIOL as it’s an overseas company and I researched frantically if they were a reputable company. So yes read mixed reviews. I’m an inpatient customer and when I send emails I expect one within 24hrs at least. This was frustrating, the tracking was frustrating, but when they did reply, extremely helpful and informative. Once received item - which felt like ages probably approx 2 weeks after ordered - received. I realised the item of clothing is actually not genuine and is a copy a fake. Personally I wouldn’t be bothered but it’s for my daughter’s birthday present and I don’t usually buy fakes for my children. Anyway not sure if I would use EMMIOL again. Would not be my first choice.

I’ve bought from Emmiol twice now and each time was great! One of the items from my second shipment was unavailable and when I emailed about it they were able to give me a refund immediately! Very polite customer service and great service overall! Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I was unable to return anything, Emmiol wouldn't provide a return address didn't return my emails. It's been 3 months I’m still waiting for a return shipping address. My daughter has lost £100. \

Rather than receive a refund of £79.91 Emmiol refunded £11.98, 15% so we have lost £67.93. I opted to pay the postage cost to return the items instead, but EMMIOL didn't give me this option.

Bought blakely hoodie it was peeling and after 2 washes bobbly unbelievable cheap rubbish buy from somewhere else high prices for terrible items!

I did finally get my daughter's money back, but it's August. I bought the product in January...
But she has it back at least.

great material. i’ve purchased one of my favorite dresses ever, very little reviews for such cute clothing.

i have shopped online with emmiol several times now and it is always a good experience. they respond to emails in a timely manner and most of their products. the only products that i would say are iffy are some jewelry: i wear silver rings and a couple that i have been wearing from here for quite some time have unfortunately rusted. however, the clothing, i LOVE. the only thing that i wish emmiol did was provide the size of rings instead of saying “one size.” i have small fingers so it is very hard to shop for rings. contrary to that, there are always measurements provided for clothing, so i always know if something will fit me or not. good customer service, good quality clothing and clear sizing on clothing, not the best quality jewelry (at least for rings), but overall a good place to shop.

I have used emmiol for years and they never fail to impress! Their clothes are excellent quality and always fit me nicely. I recently got one of their dresses and have received so many compliments on it and asking where i got it!! Highly recommend shopping with them, you won’t be disappointed☺️
