This company is absolutely horrible! The pricing is outrageous and you don’t even get the bang for your buck. I spent almost $300 on a clothing haul and it took almost a month to reach me. They don’t let you contact them by phone unless it’s for ‘general inquiries’, and when you send them an email, THEY DON’T RESPOND. When my clothes finally reached me, they were of nothing but horrendous quality and they looked almost nothing like the pictures. DO NOT BUY FROM EMMIOL. EVER.

If I could give this a -1000 I would. This was the worst shopping experience EVER!!! They never sent out my parcel and after two months finally decided to tell me after I emailed them that they didn’t send it out due to some crap excuse. I demanded they send me a new one or refund me and it took me 5 emails to get them to take proper action and refund me!!! Then they didn’t even refund me in the proper currency!!!! These losers so blatantly don’t give a S H I T and are really just aiming to steal your money

Although they do sell cute clothes, it is a hit or miss if they come out like how the decription described it to be. I have bought 3 things from them. 1 of the tops I bought didn't suit me and I wanted to return it. It was a difficult process and still could not return it. I contacted them with the first week and they refused to take the return and end up ghosting my concerns. I am no longer purchasing from here.

The products met my needs and I didn’t receive any problems in particular! I enjoyed the pieces and will order again.

Do not buy from this company, I have had nothing but problems, first they did not put the correct address on the parcel, this had to be updated, and I had to organise re delivery from Royal Mail, when I finally got the item after waiting 2 months, they have sent 2 of the wrong dresses. Contacted them and they are claiming it’s not my parcel, even though my name is on the parcel, which I took a picture of to them, and they are still denying it’s my parcel and that they have sent the wrong items. Completely unhelpful

This companies customer service did not help me one bit in returning my item I ordered I will not be ordering from them again. Do Not recommend unless you don’t care about returning things.

I never got my jumpers and they wouldn’t give me a refund or a replacement and this has been going on since May 24. All they keep saying is check with Royal Mail which I have and my ring doorbell and they still keep saying check with royal mail

After waiting over 20 days for my order, despite my account being debited immediately, I’ve since sent over 40 emails to their customer services and IG team via DM, I’ve had to await 48 hours minimum for a response, only to be utterly fobbed off. Furthermore, there’s no telephone number to call!
This company is fraudulent, unprofessional and totally unacceptable, I’ve never once experienced any of the staff taking ownership of resolving this appropriately or demonstrating empathy, let alone going the extra mile to highlight the importance of customer satisfaction to me. I’ve been inundated with false promises, I still don’t have my item, tracking for said item or any knowledge of its whereabouts. Initially I was being told my order wasn’t successful, then after proving this wasn’t true (by providing screenshots of bank statements and sales receipts), they then advised me all had been successful, yet the problem now is an incorrect delivery address, I would then reply with the correct address (Same as on original order), then have to wait another 48 hours, then after apologising, they instructed me 5 days ago, I can now expect to receive my order, without honouring any enhanced courier option as a gesture of goodwill, to resolve any delay. Today I received another message stating: Sorry to tell you that because we require that we must provide customers with the best quality products, and the quality of this batch of products does not meet our requirements after inspection, we have asked the factory to redo it, and now the new products are on the way to the warehouse. Would you like to give us some more time so that we can provide you with better products?

I could continue, but I don’t wish to harbour this negativity inflicted on me any longer…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT WITH THIS COMPANY!

Do not order. I spent over $200 which means I should’ve gotten my order within 5-10 days but didn’t. Was given no order number, tracking or any confirmation that I even placed the order which made me very nervous. When they arrived, I couldn’t even tell what was supposed to be what from the things I ordered because the items didn’t look like the pictures. One of the jeans they sent me had no hole for the clasp to go through. Sizing is really weird. Customer service will not help you with anything, whether it’s tracking, returns, etc. so if anything goes wrong you just have to deal with it. Save your time and money.

Edit: I don't know how to reply to the Emmiol comment, but like I very obviously said, I was given no order number or any confirmation at all. It asked for my phone number when I placed the order and that's it. Since then, there has been no communication via my phone number so I'm not sure what to tell you.

Lovely experience with this company! They have such unbelievable unique items and clothing! The product designs and the product itself is so cute and worth it! They have so many options for all users with different styles, as well as options for comfortability! Different fabrics, different designs that’ll never make you feel bored. There is always something new, cute and unique to find! I would totally recommend others to purchase from this store!

These Star preint jeans are absolutely perfect. Get them. I’ve seen them on Pinterest a lot and looked for them but this is the most trustworthy site I’ve found.

I love the clothes and designs, just a warning to check the sizing. As a small girl, the pants can be a little to big sometimes. But again the clothes are super cute.

Do not buy from them! I ordered a top which was miles too small from the size I ordered. I asked to send back, they have offered 10 percent refund then 30 percent. I explained it is no good and want to return. They want me to return to China which is too expensive to send back to. I have had to chase them and threaten them with action until they replied. It took a long time to receive the item.

AA240519132058198506 Supply an address in the uk. If you want to sell in the uk then there should be an address in the UK. The item was but as the photo. It was smaller than it looked and described. Hence why I need to return for refund.
It will be £18.10 to pay back to China. The item was £31.40 so over half would be on postage.
Offered 30% refund. Roughly £9 refund!
Apparently PayPal are aware of this scam but hands are tied. Going to consumer programmes to highlight this.

I ordered 4 articles of clothing and only two came. They sent emails saying things were out of stock and pick something else. I kept asking for a refund instead and no response. This has been going on for months! Do not buy things from this site!

Update: I received an email saying they would send a refund in 5-15 business days with a request to change my negative review. I did not change it and I did not receive the refund. I contacted them again and was told they would prioritize my refund. When I told them if the refund wasn’t issued by today, I would dispute it with the bank with the email they sent detailing my refund as evidence. Miraculously, I had my refund within 24 hours.
The first time I disputed the charge with my bank, they sent proof a package had been delivered (it had with 2 of the 4 items) which you can’t tell what is in there. It took 3 months and a lot of work to get the refund. This place is a scam.
