Misleading Trial account

Misleading Trial account and Lack of Support

My goal was to use a Trial account with "Free" simcards to do some network traces to solve some issues. While reading the EMnify website that would actually be possible.

Within the Emnify portal there is no option to be seen to do a network trace with the activated simcards and created devices when started with an Trial account.

Also, nowhere when registering for a trial account is noted that the network trace is not available when having a trial account.

So my conclusion is;
Surely i cant recomment Emnify support, customer support and its products either.

The purpose of testing a network trace is actually not possible with Emnify Trial account. Besides that the you need a paid account for that which will cost you a lot with very limited options for network tracing.

You need to request a network trace which needs to be enabled by support and can be only be run at a very limited time.

Not recommended.

THEY SCREWED US !

It's the worst experience I ever seen from a LTE provider. They totally screwed us with a contract termination while we have some hardware on the field. During our meeting they mentioned that we will switch to Pay as you Go after the signature of this contract and after having signed this they just cutted our service and they declined switching the esim profile which means that all my device in the field became not usable and all the esim that I have in stock is net lost. People behind this company are terrible. This is my experience being screwed by Eminfy, doesn't mean it will be the same for you but seemed to have bad faith during our collaboration ,

To be transparent: the termination of services followed a mutual termination agreement between your company and emnify, which was confirmed in writing by both sides. We adhered strictly to the terms we jointly defined — no unilateral decisions were made.

While it was not part of our contractual obligations, we even offered support to help migrate your eSIMs to another provider as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, no suitable partner has yet been identified on your end to carry out this transition, and therefore the migration could not proceed.

We regret that you felt let down. At emnify, we strive to handle even difficult transitions with professionalism and fairness. While this experience was clearly frustrating for you, I respectfully disagree with the characterization of our conduct and intent.

Terrible and useless service

Terrible and useless service. We have been working with this company for more than 7 years and it is impossible to solve a simple thing. Time to find a good service with their competitors

Faulty SIM and unreliable support

We recently purchased a SIM card from Emnify, unfortunately, it didn't work in multiple devices despite our attempts. The customer care service has been very unreliable, with no means of contacting anyone through telephone and email support taking days to get a single response.
