I had a superb day at the Emperor Champagne annual warehouse event last Saturday. This is the third year in a row I've attended. The atmosphere is buzzing and the Champagne is flowing! So many beautiful Champagnes to try, and all the houses have wonderful representatives with so much passion and knowledge to impart! It's a great day and always gives me confidence to purchase throughout the year. Thanks Kyla, Liezel and all the team for such a fun day and for such great service as always!

I’ve discovered so many wonderful houses and flavours with this wonderful business. I always find the prices reasonable and they stock bottles that you just can’t find anywhere else in Aus.

I have been going to the Emperor Champagne Warehouse events for the past 4 years and honestly, it gets better each year! This year I was flying solo but still had a great time- tasting the impressive brands and mingling with the new traders. A standout is always the Caviar Bar-- who can resist a luscious lick of the ocean!! Highly recommend these events- for the impeccable range on offer and for the knowledgeable staff.

A wonderful fews hours at the Warehouse. Well laid out and spotlessly cleaned.
Kyla, Leizel and all the other staff were so knowledgable, friendly and efficient.
The champagne on offer was extraordinary!
There were good snacks and break out areas with seats and water.
I was swept away and bought twice the amount of champagne I had intended.

The annual champagne and caviar event on Saturday was absolutely stellar. There was a great mix of large houses and grower champagnes. Best of both worlds. Wasn't over-crowded, wasn't snooty - just lots of fantastic bubbles on show and passionate people sharing their knowledge. Get on board next year - you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful brunch in Bunbury. I purchased champagne, which I've saved for Christmas. I was able to take the bottles with me which was handy.

I purchased to click and collect at their warehouse, amazing place to browse all the Champagne.
My order was prompt, quick and ready to collect in the collection area.

I am her sister who ordered the champagne. Unfortunately I do not remember the woman I dealt with on the phone. The staff member spent time with me on the phone choosing not only a bottle within my price range, it was pink which my sister loves and gift wrapped it for her birthday and had it sent.
I said at the time over the phone it was without the best customer service I have ever experienced either on the phone or in person.
I will definitely be engaging with your company next year for the same occasion.
