I chose and paid for delivery of…
I chose and paid for delivery of ‘within 1 business day.’ However the delivery took 3 days. I reached out to Emperor Champagne and they advised they would follow up. There was no further correspondence, apology or refund of the delivery fee.

This was a champagne gift for my sister's milestone birthday. She lives in Australia, I live in Canada. The presentation of this gift, was beautiful and of the highest quality. I was able to track this order from start to finish and as promised it was delivered on time. I could not be more pleased.

Didn't order it to be sent to a post office
Ordered a bottle of champagne for delivery, but for some reason it was delivered to a post office instead, which meant the recipient had to drive there during business hours to get it, which was an inconvenience to them and turned be a nice gift into an annoying burden. There is no point in being a delivery service if you can't deliver things to people. The response claimed there were two failed attempts at delivery. The person was working from home all day and his partner is home on parental leave so I assume Australia Post pulled their usual trick and didn't try to deliver. So - perhaps don't use Australia Post if you want to be a delivery service.

Dear Rhys. We looked into your delivery. There were two failed attempts at delivery with your client and you didnt put your clients phone number on the order. Only yours so Australia Post had no way of contacting your client. We cannot leave alcohol unattended which is why it went to the Post Office for collection. Your order was shipped on time and attempted delivery on time. Not sure what else we could do to assist?
