Company needs better delivery network and needs to stop dodgy third parties.

They got my order wrong
They got my order wrong, and when I identified this and requested it be corrected (to an increased number of bottles and therefore more money for them), I was told that this was what was in the system. No recognition that a transcription error into said system might have been possible from a handwritten order sheet. It was a very odd experience.

Beware
Cancelled champagne club after three months, our second delivery of champagne never came. Absolutely impossible to get hold of them, emailed and phoned numerous times. No customer service whatsoever. Ended up having to contact our credit card company. Be very wary of signing up to their champagne club!!
