Exquisite Gift and Exceptional Personal Service
A last minute Christmas gift and I was so concerned the Champagne Sword wouldn't arrive on time. Such a wonderful buying experience as every effort was made to ensure my order was couriered without a moment's delay. An absolute pleasure to be treated this well particularly as this was the height of the retail selling period when everyone was stretched to the limit. I've now joined the Emperor's Club as a result of this unforgettable buying experience. To top it off, the Sword was beautifully boxed and was such an exquisite gift.

Delivery in 1 business day not realistic - our gift wasn't received even after 3-5 business days
Paid more to have one bottle delivered the following business day only to be delivered with orders I didn't have to pay more for standard shipping. Order status are also difficult to understand, need to follow up to the people we sent it to if they received the item

The company that you ordered stock from is currently going into administration and all Stock imported by that company is in lockdown. Happy to offer a refund or an alternative but we never heard back on what you wanted.
