You lied

You lied, the people that work for you are a bunch a stupid kids, boys that have no clue how customer service works, RUDE. I want to cancel, I want my money back. So MAD! You took more money than you quoted, spoke to me like I was stupid, I am supposed to read your mind, I WILL DEFINATELY LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW HORRIBLE OF A COMPANY YOU ARE. DON'T WORRY, word of mouth, I have worked in customer service for 40 + years this was the worst I have ever dealt with and you got my money, and lied about my car, JUST SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!

Misleading, tricky sales tactics

Received a quote for $2,400, then switched to another agent when it was time to pay the enrollment fee and the price jumped to $3,500. Called to cancel so they changed it back to $2,400, requested another contract to show that amount, but the contract now says $2,900 because of "taxes" - that amount isn't justified. The first gentleman I spoke with was very nice, the guy I was switched to in the "risk" department that keeps trying to raise the price is very rude. I read reviews about this company this morning and it looks like this is a very typical way they do business. No thanks, I'd rather pay for repairs out of pocket.

I bought a policy in Dec 2025

I bought a policy in Dec 2025, I've paid in religiously every month. Don't make the mistake I did and allow them to fk you out of your money. They lie, they use misleading tactics just to get your money and when it's time to use your warranty for a claim. They deny the claim. I pray they go bankrupt. Because the cold hard facts is they are Thieves

I was charged for a warranty that…w

I was charged for a home warranty that I was told was free promotion deal.It automatically came out of bank account $108.54. The sales person I talked to about it was non chanlant about the whole deal. After numerous phone calls,talking to rude salesmen,being hung upon.!! I finally got in touch Brian at the Home Warranty insurance. He said I definiitey had paid for ir. But I was told it was cancelled and payment would go toward a payment for my truck.so we shall see. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Betty Varney
