Do not trust this company it's fraud.
Since I put in some information online, I got so many calls at different times.
This morning Max called me and told me it was $20 a month, sent me an email with that. And after I gave him my information, he said that they pay 25% and i pay 75% even though at the beginning of the call, he said it's covered 100% with no deductible.
His example was, if it was a thousand they pay $250, and I pay $800 how is that seventy five percent?.
I asked him to cancel everything. And after I checked my bank account, and he charged me forty nine dollars instead of twenty which I asked him to cancel and not charge.
I have the whole conversation recorded between him And I.

This company is a fraud company.
I canceled the same day I signed up. My card was charged before I had given permission

I found it interesting that this is the company I bought extra coverage for my truck when I purchased it brand new and now I back with them for less with the same coverage.

This company is a total fraud, they are thrives, liars, con artists. Do not do business with them. Ask they do is steal your money. I have made a complaint with the BBB . Staff is rude and unhelpful. They truly are trash. Kenneth Andrews.

Problem resolved regarding need of car coverage.

Knowing everything about this is great he did an awesome job and answered all of our questions he deserves a raise.

The first salesman I talked to on the phone obviously lied to me about what the policy covered. When I received the policy booklet, the terms of the policy were nothing like what we had agreed upon. I called your company and talked to a man named Micheal. He claimed the policy was all messed up but he would send me a new policy booklet with new terms like what we had originally agreed upon. I have not received the new policy booklet yet and am beginning to doubt that I will. Micheal said he would email me showing the new terms. I have not yet receive an email from him. My experience with your company has not been the best.

You guys were direct to the point didn't sit there and sugar coat anything just so you can land the deal

I just purchased this yesterday and after reading through everything I feel good about this Auto Protection from Eagle.

Well, it was very nice conversation and he explained everything but I don’t know how the #Warranty is going to work because it does not start for 30 days from yesterday so I can’t say much about it until I actually get the contract. Thank you.

I called to cancel my contract and they were so rude! One rep started that I needed to get a cover letter from the new extended warranty company( which is unheard of). Just because they are mad that I'm canceling my contract. I forgot to mention that the hung the phone up on me. If you heavenly signed with Empire, please don't! RuN AND RUN FAST!
