I need to cancel my policy

I need to cancel my policy. I want a route to 66 policy. I was told wrong information. I want to cancel my policy. I couldn’t even I wasn’t even allowed to read the policy before I signed up for they said oh it covers everything and it’s canceled at any time and we will send you the policy in the mail why I couldn’t get it why I couldn’t get it on an email and read it before I find out for it is a little bit suspect so please cancel my policy right away Jennifer Crandall

Once a policy is paid you should not need a credit card on file . My policy is paid in full and there is no need TO THREATEN ME WITH CANCELATION OF SAID POLICY BECAUSE THE VEHICLE POLICY THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR DOES NOT NEED ANY MORE PAYMENTS!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! An absolute scam and they don’t let you cancel. Max was my Sales Rep and would not let me call back 2 minutes later to keep my rate. Then told me I cancel no problem. Now when it comes to cancel they don’t let me and told me I can cancel my card. This is a horrible company and will not ever use them again. Please avoid. DO A CHAT GPT SEARCH ON THIS COMPANY. RANKS THEM AS THE MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS

DISHONEST

First told me I couldn't cancel any time for any reason like the policy said. "It has to be within reason" is what I was told. Then after calling multiple times, talking to multiple people, I was told that they would cancel it IF I made the next months payment. Feeling cornered I reluctantly agreed. Then it took a few MORE calls to actually verify it was cancelled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Don’t use this company. 0/10.

Everyone we’ve ever talked to is extremely rude. It’s been almost a month & we have not received the pamphlet with our card & info for the policy. Called to get a new one, they’re saying it was delivered & want to charge me $50 for them to send a new one. Absolutely ridiculous & horrible service & company.

Do not trust this company it's fraud.
Since I put in some information online, I got so many calls at different times.
This morning Max called me and told me it was $20 a month, sent me an email with that. And after I gave him my information, he said that they pay 25% and i pay 75% even though at the beginning of the call, he said it's covered 100% with no deductible.
His example was, if it was a thousand they pay $250, and I pay $800 how is that seventy five percent?.
I asked him to cancel everything. And after I checked my bank account, and he charged me forty nine dollars instead of twenty which I asked him to cancel and not charge.
I have the whole conversation recorded between him And I.
