Had an issue about not covering what they said was supposed to be covered was straightened out with ease

The app and customer service are a joke. If you have even a tiny bit of common sense, do not have any dealings with this app or anyone who has it. Cause they probably are just as insane as the people behind this app...... straight up joke and ridiculous

Representative was very nice answered my questions

Salesman Matthew miss represented the company and promised more than I received. I have been trying to cancel my contract before it takes effect and now think I will have to deal with my credit card company instead. The buero of consumer repairs and consumer affairs would like to see how I have been ignored.

I did not approve all these charges. I have called several times. Never knew I had home insurance for repairs. Now I am being charged and I do not know what for.

Have not had a need to use the product yet.

Great company and I had no issues. I did use their service once and everything was paid for.👍

The rep was knowledgeable and assisted me to understand what I was getting. The real test of what kind of service Empire auto provides is if and when a a claim might need to submitted and the action the company takes. Ask again then for the real experience.

The representative, Chris, was very friendly and informative about the coverage of my autos. I would recommend anyone to the company for the coverage from Empire Auto Protect.

You are trying to overcharge me, way overcharged me. Trying to charge me for coverage that I did not request. Waiting for my refund!!

Yeah this place is the biggest scam known to the Auto industry, they lie they cheat they steal they stole $2,000 from me sold me a bogus policy the people that held my policy canceled it Empire refused to give me a dime back that's Grand Theft people do not deal with Empire not even a real company they are Brokers that are out to steal your money my name is Kelly white out of San Diego run run from Empire Auto protection

They do not give actual information regarding your warranty and failed to inform you the truth about what all your warranty covers so make sure you check everything with them.
