However, after I submitted money through PayPal an email came within seconds of a steam download code and the game worked as if I purchased it directly through steam. Very happy

I experienced a software malfunction on my computer which caused a purchased software game to not work as intended.
Empire Gaming actually called my house in the United States from England and also wrote to me to find out how they could offer any help in order to resolve the issue.
On the same day, it was determined that my particular equipment was in conflict with the purchased game software.
Due to the nature of the their online business Empire Gaming made the unusual move to cancel my order in order to satisfy my disappointment.
I commend Empire Gaming Customer Service for their efforts in trying their best to resolve the issue very promptly, professionally and courteously. Thank you Empire Gaming - You are the best !

Was a little anxious purchasing Microsoft Office Professional online from overseas non-Microsoft site, but is all legit and at great price. Easy purchase process, all auto-email communication is highly professional, and was able to use Paypal for payment.

If you follow the directions, then it is easy. This was a replacement for the software I lost on my computer. Works fine.

Download O.K and easy to follow. Passcode was not automatically supplied . A.M. request for same by email was answered in P.M.

However to activate each item, the demo was unclear and too fast for me to follow. I ended up going to Bell Technical Services for help or to implement for me. I pay a monthly fee of $6 for this service.

Two email attempts to get assistance from Empire Gaming on where do I go from here, or typed procedure to implement, resulted in NO REPLY---hence I went to Bell Technical Services for assistance. Filling this this request may have had difficulties do to staffing for the Christmas -New year period 2018.
