This company is not real. You will not get your product.
I have always managed to avoid being scammed but this bone I fell for and it was because I went searching for a product rather than them calling me. The shipping company I got was fake also and their contact number was for Hilton Hotels.

This is a scam. All of the reviews are fake.

If you've been a victim, please report to FBI IC3. Search for "Internet Crime Complaint Center". You can do this even if you are not a U.S. customer. They have a highly competent team for cross-border international cyber crimes like this.

I write this review to warn others about the deceptive practices of Empire Miners (empireminers.com). What appears to be a legitimate retailer of ASIC miners and cryptocurrency hardware is, in reality, a sophisticated scam designed to defraud unsuspecting victims, including myself.

Here’s how they operate:
- They made all positive reviews here on Trustpilot before they launched the site 45 days ago. And then closed down the possibility for new reviews here at Trustpilot to prevent the scam to be exposed (Trustpilot directly opened up the possibility for new reviews as soon as I reported this. Kudos to Trustpilot for prompt action)

- They've set up a fake shipping entity named "Linecargo.io" created prior to the launch of empireminers.com. Customers are provided with tracking numbers that falsely update, delaying the realization of fraud as you wait for packages that will never arrive.

- The core of their scam is the non-delivery of any ordered products.

- The scammers operate far away from Denmark, maybe Canada, using VPNs to hide their identities.

- On their main page, you'll find testimonies from supposed customers and a representative from the company. All three are paid Fiverr actors, as identified through AI reverse image services.

- They market a service called "Vaulters.io" to give buyers a false sense of security to just pay directly. Vaulters.io is not a third-party escrow as advertised but made by the scammers themselves.

My Experience:
I looked at reviews at Trustpilot and placed an order for a ASIC miner. After weeks of what I now know were false tracking updates, and then excuses for delays they eventually stopped responding.

Conclusion:
Do not fall for this scam. Empire Miners are not to be trusted. Your funds will be lost, and you'll not see the product you've paid for. I urge all potential buyers to look elsewhere and report any dealings with this site to law enforcement or fraud investigation bodies.

I and other victims have reported this scam to the FBI’s IC3 Internet Crime Complaint Center, search for it as links can't be inserted here. Please, report your experience to help stop this operation.

Placed order with Empire, received tracking info that suddenly disappeared and can not get them to respond to the emails requesting the whereabouts of shipment. I would not recommend this shell of a company.

I encountered an issue with one of my orders that got lost. I contacted them, and they handled everything for me. I have purchased 4 Atnminer S21 Hyd so I can get the Antrack V1 with 50% off. Fast shipment of the order, I've received the tracking number about 2 days after payment confirmation. ETA was aproximately 5 days by using express shipping, so all good untill here with Empire Miners.

Had a problem with one of the machines , the miner stopped working and I've contacted them to solve this, untill they've responded back to me I have managed to fix it myself so I have to give them only 4 stars for that.

Empire Miners is a legit and honest company with very competitive prices but they can improvethe custommer suport a bit.

PS: they do offer straight forward informations and advices, no doubt about that!

But I researched and generally found good reviews. They even have a live chat for customer support where I've spoke to an agent who clarified my doubts. They also responded swiftly by email.
