Bought a 3 piece suit. Wore it for something like 3 hours and the trouser hems both dropped. The garment was simply not fit for purpose and poorly constructed. Contacted Customer Services who have ignored me multiple times. The only response they did bother to provide advised me to go to a local seamstress to "adjust" the hem ie pay someone to sew the hem the way it should have been to start with. They ignored all further correspondence. I repeatedly gave them the opportunity to respond before resorting to this negative review. Terrible customer service levels, defective, poorly tailored suit. Feel more stitched up than the hems of the trousers.

I would actually put negative stars.

I ordered a flat cap and was given a delivery tracking code. This states the item has been delivered which it hasnt. I have tried to call and emailed customer services and no answer apart from an automated email reply. Looking at Companies House info this is a company in trouble. Have raised a refund request through my credit card provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is the first time I've ever ordered a bespoke suit and the whole experience has been so easy and simple. The parcel arrived and it was time to see if all those measurements I'd sent off were worth it.
They were and I have a new favourite suit.

Very poor service, needed the jacket for a specific date and one month later still no jacket,
No contact phone number and no emails returned
I now wait for a refund

Firstly the waiting time with no updates on craft time is one issue, they only sent me an update after I emailed them from someone else's email. Secondly the order arrived earlier today, same day I'm writing this review. The 3 piece suit I ordered, all 3 individual items have issues. The trousers are around 10inches extra around the waist which is hilarious to look at, the blazer and waistcoat would definitely rip if I sneezed in them, never worn such a tight blazer since highschool. I wish I could upload pics. I placed the order before I read reviews. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYWHERE ONLINE. I emailed thier returns team within the first 10mins of it arriving. I'm still awaiting a response with return instructions so I can send this nonsense back. They are very lucky I cant post pics of my order

They've only just replied to this review 11/09/2023 almost 2 months after i wrote it. This should tell you everything you need to know about this rubbish company. I got my refund not in full as i had to pay shipping and to print ther order number ( for whatever reason) they make you jump through hoops to get it. IF YOU'RE SMART YOU'D AVOID FULLSTOP

Lovely jacket, fits as it should and looks good. Wife chose the colour and design,and as always she was right."Trust me she said" ....

Arrived all screwed up, nowhere near the quality portrayed in the photos; buy cheap buy twice, gutted!

The product, i.e. blazer, is fantastic and fits beautifully. The service from Empire Outlet is particularly great as they contact you to ensure that the measurements and fit of the product is to your liking.

Good quality products, updates from them great price too

I ordered a grey tweed jacket and it is great. It fits well, it's not bespoke but for a 'standard sizing' jacket it fits very well. It took a while to deliver but it was worth the wait and it cost me £85.. To be honest I looked at a lot of jacket sellers and manufacturers and I couldn't find better value anywhere..

I was a bit sceptical about ordering a suit online and read all the reviews. Ordered 3 navy herringbone/tweed suits for a wedding. Material seemed good quality. Jacket fits were spot on, as was the waistcoat.

I had read in reviews that the crotch/bum of the trousers sat funny on some people and this was the case for me. I contacted Rhea at customer services and the customer support was excellent. She supplied me with possible solutions and ultimately I decided to return the suits but keep the waistcoat.

Had the money back within five days.

Like others, my suits did take a while to arrive but I put that down to them being ordered and then produced.

I would use empire outlet again for jackets and blazers but would only get made to measure trousers.

Pretty happy with the service overall even though I didn’t keep the suits.

I've been waiting over THIRTY days for a pair of black tweed trousers. Unbelievable. If I had known at checkout it would have taken so long I would not have bothered. Part of me also thinks these trousers are not going to turn up. I was recently scammed by a company called French Crown which sells shirts online from India so I'm thinking maybe online shopping is getting a bit tiresome, waiting around too long. It's a pity the shops in Glasgow are all selling cheap rubbish fast fashion crap. No quality anywhere anymore. Rant over.

Update as of 24.06.2023- My trousers did arrive after thirty days and I can say I am happy with them after i got the horrible buttons that were on them changed to black buttons. Anyway, be prepared to wait ages for your stuff to arrive, but it will arrive, don't know if i would use them again.maybe.

I ordered a sports coat, and it fits well. Nice material. And a good price.
I’d say it’s more of an autumn spring or winter jacket as it’s quite a thick fabric. This would have been good to know when ordering, because I’d like to wear it on holiday abroad.
It does take a long time to arrive. I think that’s because it travels a fair distance to get to the UK.
I haven’t had to contact customer service with a problem so can’t comment on that. But when I asked them about when it would arrive, they got back to me quickly.

I ordered a blazer and emailed customer services to ask which size would be the best fit. Rhea from customer services advised that a custom fit would be better. So I initally paid £89.00 for the original order for the blazer. After I wad advised for a custom fit it was an extra £35 which also included adding in a ticket pocket. I followed the measurements instructions and supplied an email with clear sizes. The blazer has taken approx 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. This is as advertised. I had good communication whilst ordering the blazer and sorting out measurements, quite prompt replies. I have received the blazer last week and it is extremely loose on the body measurements. They are no where near the measurements provided and I was wanting to wear this to a wedding which is coming up in a few weeks. As soon as I received the blazer I have emailed Rhea/Empire outlet. I received one email back from them asking me to take a picture of the blazer laid out with a tape measure showing the incorrect size. I did that the following day. I have since NOT received any emails back from the Rhea/Empire Outlet. I have emailed numerous times asking for solutions on what they suggest I do. I have not received a single reply. I have now emailed them asking for a refund as per their policy as the item is faulty and in no way does it fit. I have had myself measured professionally before submitting the sizes and double checked them before ordering. I have since heard nothing at all from the company. They have gone completely quiet. I don't ever leave any negative reviews and this is the first time I am doing so as I am extremely annoyed. They have left me with no option or anything and the fact they responded promptly and now no response at all says alot about the company.

I would strongly avoid this company.

Husbands suit came. Doesn't fit . This was a made to measure and is too big. Too baggy. Too long . Seam on back of trousers is about 6 inches to the left. Dozens of mistakes made to suit and patched up .
Came shoved and screwed up in a bag .

Absolutely appalled with the suit. Many mistakes, doesn't fit, very poor quality, NO REFUNDS. ONLY HANDMADE IN THE SENSE THAT IT'S FROM A SWEATSHOP. These crooks need shutting down, YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!!!

I bought tweed trousers from Empire Outlet and was astonished to receive such first class quality for such a reasonable price. In addtion the customer advising (concerning the suitable size) was very personal and helpfull. Very recommendable for anyone looking for quality clothing!
