Superb. Fabulous service from beginning to end and quality of clothing is superb

the product is faulty and i was requested by EO to have the garment dry cleaned....my reply to their email is "Sorry that is just not acceptable the product is faulty and not of satisfactory quality I provided you with photographs it is also bobbling after wearing it 3 times. One aspect of a product being of satisfactory quality is durability.

The product order confirmation was around 3rd January with product arriving early Feb you were notified within 30 days of receipt of goods, that is why I have provided you with an opportunity to replace or refund the product, please let me know which of the two you are prepared to honour"...no response. The silence is deafening!!

Quality of suit is good for what you pay for. However the customer service is awful. I had to return some trousers because they didn't fit. 3 months later after continual chasing they then inform me days before my own Wedding, that they were 'delivered' two months before despite telling me for weeks that they were still in production. They have not provided any details of who delivered it, where they delivered it

They have not tried to help in anyway and now I am without trousers for my own wedding.

Cheaply made suits from China for for £200!!

Poor quality material with loose stitching and oversized even though measurements was sent.

Pictures on the website look good but be aware that is not what you’ll receive!

Beautiful attire and at a great price. My Son loves his hat and I would definitely buy more from Empire Outlet. Their customer service was wonderful.

I ordered this suit for my Son, who was going to Cheltenham races, we left it last minute to order it and asked if it could be marked as priority. Even though it is tailor made and quality is not compromised they honoured our request and sure enough it arrived today, just in time. What a beautiful and quality suit which fitted spot on. Lovely detailed buttons and lining. He was well chuffed and can’t thank you enough

Yet more compliments for my husbands suit . Having lost weight due to cancer we ordered a second pair of trousers for his suit in a smaller size . Problem solved , he was over the moon to be able to wear his favourite suit .

Superb. Great fit and really good quality. At the tender age of 67, I thought I was long past receiving look complements but when wearing this waistcoat apparently not. Thank you.

I have been enhancing my style and this waistcoat is amazing at doing just that. Best thing about wearing suits is that you can mix match with different pieces giving everyday a different look and the neutral dark green of this waist coat goes with many other combinations!

I always receive high quality products promptly and in good condition. I would highly recommend Empire Outlet for Value, Quality and Convenience.

I’ve never ordered a mail order suit previously, but as the price was right and the quality seemed fine, I went ahead and ordered. It was the beginning of corona virus and delivery was delayed, understandably. But boy was it worth waiting for.

I am writing this god’s honest review to warn everybody, of the rubbish, useless, and well sub standard suits offered by this outlet.
The suits are very cheaply made in China, and they WILL fall apart after a couple of wears. I ordered 2 x suits and after months of waiting for them to be delivered; they finally arrived but were far too small, and not at all to the sizes I specified.
Empire stated that they are being constructed by an artisan tailor!!! Do not believe this bull****!
The suits are terribly made and literally fell apart after a couple of wears. They are the worst item of clothing I have ever bought, and I write this review to inform everybody, do not waste your money.
I wish somebody or an Institution would close this sham company down. They are literally stealing people’s money, and fobbing them off with a sub standard product.
You have been warned - do not buy!!

I was very concerned when I received a waistcoat rather than the jacket I’d ordered and I made the mistake of buying it before checking on here. I saw another person had the same thing happen so I did get the fear and told them as much.
As below, they didn’t have the jacket I ordered, but they did send me links to the ones they did have, but they were not blue so I didn’t want one. I asked to send back the waistcoat and have a full refund. They handled my complaint quickly and sorted the refund in full and offered me to keep the waistcoat for good will.
So overall a lot of time spent sorting and worrying but it was handled very well indeed.

Something fishy going on with this company. Poorly made and cheap items but the real kicker is if you need to return anything. Went through the proper process and have had a month of backwards and forwards, scrapping to get my money back.

As many others have said if you stumble upon their google reviews, no matter what you send it back on, they claim it isn't received. I had a courier confirm it was on board the delivery vehicle back to the warehouse, but they wouldn't even accept that. Customer service very robotic, the same replies without reading messages.

Giving them one more chance, then will be going through my credit card. Would advise staying far far away from this company.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered a suit and just didn’t hear anything despite multiple emails and chasers on social media. Terrible customer service.

Avoid at all costs, not only are they more expensive than mid range suits like burton, moss, and slaters but they’re also a drop shipping business. They buy the suits from china for very little money and sell them for £200. After purchase all of my emails were ignored and I am now stuck with the worst suit in my collection.

Ordered items to be shipped out within the next few working days. 6 weeks later still nothing and then a cancellation email to say these items are not Instock. Poor communication and poor service.
