Prompt Response and Resolved the issue immediately.
We had clock Mein for warehouse team and we lost log in details. Contacted Ratika Bhatia for the issue. She was on leave on that day however she communicated to the EI office and make sure it resolve the issue immediately.
Caroline Bernardo helped to resolve the issue.

Highly recommend EI

We have used Employment Innovations for the last 5 years and they have been excellent.
Nectaria from the Payroll team has been amazing. Super helpful and takes her time to explain this to me.
They also support with many webinars which have been helpful.
Cannot recommend EI highly enough.
