Overall the customer service is great…
Overall the customer service is great and the team is very easy to talk to and communicate with.
The payroll system is a little bit complicated, it is difficult to keep in touch of conversations. It also does not let you notify a specific person regarding the leave or expenses.
The team does get back to you promptly to resolve issues however.

Very knowledgeable Staff who are always happy to help
Everytime I have phoned for guidance or answers to questions a bit out of the ordinary, the staff have been amazing and understanding when answers were sometimes urgent. They have always gone out of their way to keep me informed and to get the answer to me asap. All staff I have spoken to have extensive knowledge which is very encouraging, and also resources at hand if required. I am very happy to recommend Employment Innovations to any of my clients.

Ii have liked the service so far but I was a little disappointed that I was give slightly wrong information. Even though I got a second email correcting the mistake it could have been costly if I had of actioned our pay increase because of it
