Employment Innovations have been a wonderful resource for all HR matters relating to our company. Every time we have contacted EI we have spoken to knowledgeable staff who have assisted with our enquiries professionally, effectively and efficiently giving us peace of mind that we have been provided with accurate guidance to allow us to make decisions/ take actions inline with our obligations as employers. Our Accountant who processed payroll had to exit our company due to health reasons more or less immediately. We have used Employment Hero and were not too impressed with their support but since we started using EI we truly feel we have support. Mithila is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Great onboarding, clear processes, good IT system however we requested a tailored service with the retainer agreed on the basis of a clear scope and then later were told that certain requested features were to be an additional fee / service type once we were all signed up. We didn’t continue. It wasn’t a fit for us, but I can see the benefits for other businesses within a less complex industry.

We have had a slow onboarding introduction due to our current workload however, all correspondence has been enjoyable and pleasant to date. We look forward to even faster response and communication with Employment Innovations moving forward.
