Loving my weekly Skate Jam fix. The Empowr Crew are so warm and welcoming, the music and vibe is great fun and everyone is on that level!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first Thursday session so much so that I go every Thursday. As a beginner there are always people to give you tips, support and encouragement. It’s a wonderful community of rollerskaters. The atmosphere, the music and the diversity is great. I cannot believe how quickly the 2 hours goes by. As they say time flies when you are having fun.

Friendly environment to skate and learn new Jam moves. Even if you arrive alone you will definitely speak to or skate with other like minded people of all ages. So much fun!

Thanks so much to Jasmine for setting up this local event for skaters. I’m a beginner and it’s been brilliant for me. Jasmine is a fantastic teacher and the guest teachers have also been great. It’s really friendly, fun and welcoming. I’ve learnt a lot.

This is a really great, local class where your skills are assessed and really good support provided in each lesson. This is really a beginner’s /improvers class, so that you can take your time to learn new moves or improve at your own pace. Recommended

Empowr is a much needed weekly indoor skate space in South London. I was very shy to attend the first time but I was met by Jasmine and Shereen with a smile and I instantly felt welcome. I have always been offered help, advice and tips by other people around which is very useful when learning, but equally, if I want to practice something on my own, this is a safe space to do so. I attend with my 16 yr old daughter so empowr’s skate jam is a great place for people of all ages to enjoy skating.

My daughter loves coming to the sessions. The teacher is lovely and welcoming, and the children are friendly too!

Every experience at Empowr is great! The skate jam open sessions offer a warm and inclusive vibe for all skate abilities wanting to drill skills or try new things and where everyone is open to helping eachother, and the classes have been fun and empowering. Super grateful for Empowr and Jasmine!

Vando and Jasmine are amazing teachers! They were attentive and the class was accessible to people of all kinds of abilities. I'll definitely be back as I progressed and even managed some moves I'd given up on learning!

Classes are always excellent class and a safe space for beginners to learn! I would fully recommend.

Jasmine is such a pro! She is attentive to everyone at their different levels which is great. The class is welcoming and I felt very comfortable even though missed abilities. Really looking forward to joining the class again!

I celebrated my daughter’s 8 birthday party with Jasmine and she loved it! I received lovely messages from the children’s parents to tell me everyone had a great time. Most seem to have caught the skating bug afterwards. Thank you Jasmine, Ruth and everyone else involved x

Loved the Jam skate session on Thursday - It was an inclusive space for beginners through to advanced, everyone was very welcoming and they played good music. I thought it was the perfect mix of having time to jam, do as you please in your own time but also parts that involved everyone together as Jasmine teaches everyone a routine and we did the train. Not only was it really fun I can imagine I'd improve quite quickly after attending regularly as it's the perfect environment to observe/chat to others/ practice and pick up new skills. Thanks Jasmine!
