Shipping is not good. I purchased shoes on Friday August 4. On Thursday August 10, at 9 pm, I'm still waiting for it to go to USPS.

I just received my first pair of your shoes. I am so impressed. I have severe bunions and the shoes are so comfortable. I love them so much I ordered two more pairs and a few pairs of your socks. I travel a lot and they will be not only comfortable to wear around the airport but easy on and off at TSA. I love the bag that came in the box which I can store my shoes in, in my suitcase and keep any dirt away from my cloths. A big thank you!

Wow - the shoes! These are seriously comfortable AND cute shoes. Delivery to the UK was surprisingly quick and everything was in perfect order without excessive packaging. Even though it was a sweet gesture, I’d skip the pretty plastic rosebud, though, and gain even more environmental points 🙂 The company also makes it easy to contact them by emailing and asking if there are any questions etc. I’ll be back 😁

I absolutely love my new shoes! Buttery soft leather and so comfortable. I have a wide foot with high arches! This makes it difficult to find shoes. The ballerina flats were awesome so I had to get a pair of heels. The customer service I experienced was stellar too. My first order resulted in me receiving shoes not of the proper fit. When I reached out, the response was swift and the problem corrected immediately. I can’t say enough good things about the product or service. I will certainly be buying again.

I am a a repeat customer. The only thing I noticed on this pair of shoes is that the elastic on the right shoe is not the same as that on the left, or the other 2 pairs I bought. It is not as sturdy.

The shoes came very promptly, but there was a problem (mine, not the shoes). The customer service is absolutely amazing!
