I need shoes that are both cushioned on the sole of the shoe as I have arthritis and I find the cushioning helps when walking. I like the softness of the leather and the range of colours is great also.

I bought a pair of shoes at the start of the summer and every time I wear them, people comment on how great they look. They feel even better! As a big-footed gal, I appreciate that the size 11 fit true to size and I didn't have to make any adjustments. I just bought two more pairs, can't wait for them to arrive!

Shoes arrived much quicker than expected. Packaged with care, and a cute paper rose. I really do have kind square shaped toes and the fit was amazing, a rare thing for me. I subbed in the extra liners and it feels like walking on clouds. I'll be buying more!

These are lovely, supportive shoes that I'll be able to wear any place.

I only had shoes for a little over 2 months but they are coming apart. Really disappointed. I haven't even worn them that much. I emailed customer service about a replacement. Hope fully I will hear from them In a timely manner.
UPDATE: I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement pair. Hopefully I should get the shoes this week. I am grateful for how efficient they were.

They promptly answered my email and offered help and advice and then a full refund. Great customer service! Shoes are lovely too, very soft leather and very comfy in-soles!

I bought a pair of Empress wine color shoes August 18, 2023. The shoes are beautiful but tight on my left big toe. I thought I can return them and order the bigger size. I always read return policy before buying anything on line, because a friend recommended the shoes I didn't do this time. It cost $25.43 (ground shipping) to return the shoes. I won't buy from companies who do no have a free return policy.

Very easy to order and the shipping time was not long at all. I love the shoes and customer service is beyond exceptional! I accidentally ordered two pair of the same shoe when I meant to order the shoe in different colors. I sent an email and my order was fixed immediately. I will continue to wear Empress shoes because they are comfortable, cute, stylish and the customer service is unbeatable.

I had made a mistake on my purchase details, but my email to support was answered quickly and my delivery was actually quite quick. About 7 days from original order date. The shoes themselves are pretty good. As someone who needs alot of arch support, the additional arch support sole is very good. The shoes are comfortable, but I have to honestly say that they did make my feet sore after a couple hours of shopping. I have wide feet and I did feel my toes were a bit squished and a hot spot was developing near the edges of the leather after a few hours and some natural swelling from heat. I would still recommend the shoes though to anyone who asks. They aren't the most amazing shoes ever... but they are super cute and comfy. Great for short walks and times when you won't be on your feet all day.

I bought a pair of shoes from Empress and when they arrived, I discovered they were a bit small for my feet. I emailed customer service and they sent me the next size up promptly and at no extra cost.

I own a pair of empress flats and they are the most comfortable shoes I currently own. They are stylish and look good with everything. I wear them for work almost everyday. So I was very happy to see they introduced so many new colors. I plan to buy them in more colors.

Hard to find shoes for summer that are pain free for morton's neuroma as lighter styles can't accommodate a chunky orthotic. These are wonderfully comfy even worn with the insoles provided and they go with everything.
I started with beige for the summer but have ordered a second darker blue pair to see me through cooler seasons too. Very happy with them.
