This table lamp is an absolute disaster. It's a complete waste of space and electricity. Not only does it fail to emit any light, the chargingport was missing.
The quality is below poor.
Would not recommend to anyone.

I returned the lamp I purchased through UPS months ago. Emptoo has not refunded the 599.99 into my account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE A SCAM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR LITERALLY 4 MONTHS. EACH TIME EMPTOO STATES THEY WILL REFUND MY CARD.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I purchased a lamp for over 100USD. It arrived on time however it didn’t work. I reported it and they offered me various unreasonable solutions. 20USD refund, 30USD refund. Eventually they agreed to send a new one. A week later wrote to me to say 10USD shipping was due. To save argument I paid it. But they charged 20USD to my card.
New lamp arrived. Worked for a few weeks then stopped. Reported it again. Was offered a 20USD refund.
Waste of time, poor customer service. I would suggest avoiding this company. Shame as the lamps are quiet nice, if only they worked.

I’m giving 2 stars because at least they replaced 1 of the faulty lamps ( although I had to pay for postage again ) but then the second one broke, they just don’t charge…..and they are chargeable lamps! Both had exactly the same issue - charged for about a month then don’t switch on. Very poor quality and not cheap either. So I’ve wasted nearly £250 on 2 lamps which don’t work 👍

Took forever to even receive the lamps, and only received because I asked again and again..

When I finally received all the lights are faulty and smoke when charging!! Now they don't even work. 'Irene' not providing a refund so far...

What a nightmare. Lamp arrived but it was faulty. When I plugged it in to charge it nothing happened. It is evidently supposed to light up with an indicator light to confirm it is accepting a charge. This did not happen. So they asked me to send a video. I did. They asked for photographs, I sent those too. Then they asked me to return it, at my expense including any customs clearance costs to return it to China. It quite clearly states in their returns policy that if the product is faulty it is not the responsibility of the customer to pay the returns costs, but this went on and on and luckily I had paid using PayPal. I referred it to PayPal having given up trying to deal with Emptyoo directly. This was after some half dozen exchanges where they kept insisting I return it to them and pay the costs and handle the customs clearance despite me having sent them a copy of their own returns policy. Bizarrely enough they then referred the case to PayPal, quite why I have no idea but Paypal found in my favour and I have received a full refund last night so nearly a month after I raised the issue with them. Their promotional pages on FaceBook do not state that the product is despatched from China, in fact it mentions just about every other country and continent but not China, no idea why this is. The agency who seem to handle the dirty work for them is called Xingluoqibu. It is not exactly clear who one is dealing with but any products either supplied by Emptyoo or promoted or delivered by Xingluoqibu appear to be one and the same and they have been very forthright in their refusal to refund except when pushed to the extreme. I would never buy from them again. I see that another customer is experiencing the same problems. I also see that 46% of their reviews are one star * which speaks volumes.

I ordered two lamps from them last month and both arrived in good working order and appeared as described. I liked them so I ordered two more. The two that arrived next were damaged and defective. One was smashed and the other would not turn on. I reached out to Emptyoo twice via email and Facebook and they have not responded. They have no phone number listed on their website.

This company is evidently a scam. I've sent them emails and posted on their Facebook page requesting assistance for defective and damaged merchandise they sent me. I've received no response other than someone who responded to my message on Facebook messenger dismissing me and telling me to email customer service I advised them I've sent three messages to that email address and I've been ignored. They never responded again. Their website does not list a phone number and I contacted them within the business hours they have listed on their website but received no response.

I know someone there is seeing my messages because someone there has deleted all of my comments on their Facebook page outlining the situation and asking for help.

I was finally able to reach Irene at Emptyoo. She asked me to pay $10.00 to ship two more lamps. I received them today and both are in working condition and neither are damaged. It was an ordeal but in the end I'm happy with the product.

I got a lamp as a birthday present the 4 of Jan 23.
But it was the wrong lamp I got, plus the lamp has a flaw in the paint. I therefor want to send it back and get my money, so I can go out and buy the real lamp.
But like all the others who write here, I also get hold of "Irene" who in the first email, wanted to give me back 4 USD and the second time 10 USD ( for a lamp that cost 99.95 USD!

I ordered 4 lamps. Two of them I can't recharge and were therefore sent to me faulty. I can't get hold of anyone and have found very little details in regards to contacting the company.

They offer a 30 day refund policy and their customer service representative “Irene” will not give me the return address info. She has gone back and fourth with me for 6 days, telling me how expensive it is to return ship. Only offering me a refund of $18usd when I paid $200. I don’t care about the shipping costs, that’s my problem. I WANT TO RETURN A PORTION OF MY ORDER AND I WANT MY REFUND! This company avoids the policy that they offer and are stealing from their customers by not offering the return address, and avoiding the point here!!!! Do not buy from this company if you hope to return! They are scammers!

Outrageously long delivery time without warning. I still have not received my package, I asked for my money back but they are evading, sending me a tracking number that estimates delivery time in April 2022 (it is December 2022!). Do not order!

This site is likely a scam. The contact information is incorrect; the phone number is wrong,not sure if the email is active because I never received any response to my multiple emails. After making a purchase, I did not receive any invoice or information, or confirmation of purchase. Yet, my card was billed, and I had to dispute it. Looking at the website, you can see some inconsistencies. The card was charged from Hong Kong; their phone number is a US number for some random lady that had to change her voicemail because she received phone calls from this websites customers, and their address is located in London, all of which don’t have any association with the companies name
