I wish I could give them 0 stars. Non existent customer service. Advertising 2-5 day shipping, it’s been 21 days since I placed my order and I have yet to receive even a tracking number. I have emailed multiple times and reached out on social media. Don’t trust all the 5 star reviews, they’re most certainly using bots and paying for them.

Late delivery but excellent product and customer service
I was initially disappointed to see my order arrive late, about a month after ordering. I sent an email to enquire about the delivery and it took a week or two to get a response which was frustrating but once I had someone dealing with my issue the customer service was 10/10. They explained they were inundated with orders over the holidays which led to unforeseen back orders which caused the delivery lateness.
Upon receiving the shipment the face mask is excellent. You can tell the build
Quality is very good.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order again and will likely try one of their light panels next
