Although I bought the wrong watch, everything from their return policy(making it easy for me) and their customer service was absolutely fantastic! Would deffo recommend! I spoke to a lovely lady called Abby who really did make it very easy !

Bought an item but it was out of stock, even though it was advertised as in stock! They called me to tell me then tried to up sell me a newer design for £15 more.... no thanks! Still haven’t received my refund...
