Since October 2022, my wife and I have been loyal customers of Emson Haig in Colchester, thanks to Donatas, who helped us choose a watch for my 50th birthday. We were warmly welcomed the moment we walked into the store, and the team's exceptional customer service left us feeling cared for. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure we had all the details we needed.

I returned to Emson Haig to purchase a bracelet for my wife, and most recently, Donatas helped make my son's 18th birthday unforgettable by getting him the watch he wanted. Dave, the owner, also took the time to chat with us and ensure our satisfaction. I want to thank everyone at Emson Haig for providing us with such a wonderful experience. The entire team, particularly Donatas, deserves high praise for their outstanding work.

I have been a customer of Emson Haig in Colchester since they opened in 2022 and have visited many times. Every time I enter the store I am greeted with a smile and every member of staff greets me by name. This is old fashioned customer service, that is far too rare these days. The store itself is amazing, no expense spared to give customers that luxury experience that they would expect when looking for luxury watches and jewellery. Despite being extremely Busy, Dave (the owner) will always find time to greet and speak with customers. Just understand that through not fault of theirs, you aren't going to be able to walk in a buy a Rolex, which you cannot do anywhere in the world. If you are around Essex or Suffolk, you really need to see this store, it will blow you away!

I’m still waiting for it to be shipped over a week ago

On the external package,it had a label,saying emson haig.which give away that it was a gift for the wife .the package should be unmarked

Visited the store in Colchester today to enquire about a particular brand of watch, during a ridiculously long lecture about the brand the sales assistant then said that you have to prove yourself to the store to even be considered in purchasing one, my husband and I have both been fortunate enough to have purchased high end watches before & never been treated in such a fashion. Disgusting!

Had an appointment today. Was really looking forward to getting at least on the waiting list for a Rolex. Got told by Colchester that I needed to support their business and buy more from them to get a chance of buying the watch I wanted and build my profile. Victoria who I had an appointment with didn’t turn up because she was busy with another customer. Walked out feeling that I wasn’t suitable for a Rolex watch and left me low and unfulfilled. I hope your experience of buying such a premium item is better than mine.

Excellent service and lovely surroundings, Dan , Victoria and the team are so easy to deal with and super helpful.I would Defiantly recommend this company to anyone looking for jewellery

Had a great experience shopping for my first watch in the Colchester branch. Aiyana really took time to chat and help steer me toward the right timepiece. Thanks to manager Dan too. Looking forward to coming back!

Had an appointment to buy a watch and was told there are none in stock yet but will be soon. I then was invited back to the shop as they said they had some come in. Then after showing me the watch they said I cannot buy it until I have a profile with the shop and the only way to do that is to buy other items within the shop! What a con its just a way for them to get me to buy more items. Really disappointing customer service. Do not recommend!

I needed a diamond replaced in my grandmother’s engagement ring which had come out and Emson Haig, between Cynthia at their Lakeside (West Thurrock) branch and Abby at their Head Office, saw that a similar quality diamond was fitted keeping me advised throughout. Beautiful job done, so happy with the result……….also when requested very kindly provided me with a valuation at a small cost. Will definitely use again and recommend to others without hesitation !!

Today I visited Emson Haig Jewellers in Colchester. This is my 3rd appointment and every time the service has been exceeded by the last. Dan, Hoy and the team are amazing, professional, relaxed and go beyond to give you their uninterrupted time and make you feel incredibly welcome. Customer service like this is a rare creature these days and they are nothing short of superb. Hence to say I was happy to buy with them and recommend them highly. Excellent service. I accidentally smashed my Swarovski ring and it took me a long time to find a replacement. Discontinued by Swarovski. I eventually found one on this website, bought it, it was delivered promptly and is exactly as the previous.

Stunning quality jewellery, service is brilliant and Arianne was super helpful and polite. Communication via email very efficient nothing is too much trouble. I recommend Emson Haig you won't be dissapointed. Thank you for making my shopping experience most enjoyable Theresa.

Sent me the wrong model watch. And the battery was flat.

Popped in the Lakeside store to look at a Gucci Trademark Heart ring.
Decided to buy online as the size needed was out of stock. Excellent customer service, kept updated with delivery times. Arrived well packed.

Apparently you can’t enter unless you have a reason! I though the purpose of a shop was to sell. Never ever been reused entry to a Rolex shop ever. Won’t be buying my wife's 2nd Rolex from these people. Rolex Ipswich and Rolex Norwich are both excellent and first class service, very happy to sit, discuss and try on watches. Go there instead.

I have tried to order something twice, and paid for it, then had email saying the item was out of stock, despite showing as available on the website. You really need to update your website!
