So much better than the classroom...
Love these, so much better than having to sit through a classroom based training session. I like that you can complete them in bite sized chunks and fit the training into your day even if you are busy. The graphics are simple and effective and the audio is crystal clear, well paced and well spoken. I would recommend these training courses to anyone.

There was a truck load of information on the Level 3 Safeguarding course as is correct, would have been good to have sections and tests throughout.

A waste of time and money.
Honestly, the Designated Safeguarding Officer training was some of the worst e-learning I have done. It seemed to be information scraped from various other organisation's websites and read out by computer voices - it included information directed at vitcims, information for children, and woefully out of date information (such as stateing the Prevent advice would be updated in 2015 - why is this course still being sold in 2020 without an update?)
I only undertook this course as lockdown meant my face to face course was cancelled. I wholeheartedly woud not recommend it.

None of the voices on our video clips are computer generated voices, they are all real people, actors in fact. The government stated that in 2015 they would update the Counter Terrorism and Security Act 2015 which they did however they still call it the exact same name and year, Counter Terrorism and Security Act 2015 which our training course gives you a link to directly to see the Act and its amendments. This training course also states under the Unit "Latest Updates", the last unit in the training course any updates and changes to Acts etc so that all of this course is up to date.
