Good course, fast response
Good course, exactly what I wanted and needed to update my skills at work.
Also, had an issue with redeeming a Wowcher (because I couldn't figure it out, not because there was anything wrong with either end) and Emagination Training got me sorted out within the day so I could get onto the course without a hitch.
Would recommend to others who need to update their food safety in catering certs.

Valuable training
The training was very thorough, logically built up and comprehensible, with nice, entertaining slides and a lot of explanations and examples. However I felt that the assessment questions at the end were focused on some really insignificant knowledge instead of testing what's really important.

Overall good but could be better!
I liked how it used a video, audio and words which caters for lots of different learning styles.
I didn't like that you had to retain all the information throughout for the questions at the end. Perhaps there could be questions half way and at the end as after 2 hours I found it difficult to remember! There was also a few typos throughout the videos and the voice over saying different dates/words to the text.
