liked the videos
liked the videos and everything was written in an easy to understand however i think you should have more than one voice as listening to the same person for so long can reduce concentration and there was quite a few typos

Very interesting package - however...
Very interesting package. It was narrated in a clear manner with a pleasant and non-boring female voice. My only criticism would be the presentation - it's not very dyslexic friendly, and there are double figures worth of typo's. Perhaps someone should proof read it?

Informative and easy to follow slides
I have just undergone Level 3 DSL for Vulnerable Adults and Level 3 DSL for Children training with this provider.
The slides were informative and easy to follow, with clear and relevant information.
I did spot 2 minor issues on a slide, but when I reported them I got a very quick response and assurance they would be rectified.
During the sign up process I was also provided help and assistance, which was prompt and professional.
I would certainly recommend to others.

As i have started a youth club
As i have started a youth club. I have enjoyed the course as i have found out new information. I would recommend this course and site to everyone working children....And i will be returning to complete my lv3 in safe guarding children.....

Safeguarding 3 - Designated Safeguarding Officer Training
I took Safeguarding 1 & 2 with this company in 2017. I’m now back to do Safeguarding 3 in 2020. All 3 courses were well presented. I liked that I could save my progress and exit to come back to do more training later. This is important as I have family commitments, school run, help with homework, dinner to put on the table. When Safeguarding 1 & 2 are about to expire later this year I’ll come back and re-do those courses.

Hello Fiona, I am of course very sorry that you have decided to give us such a low score based on the fact that you state we do not keep records. We keep records of all of our training and in line with our terms and conditions once a course has been completed we keep it on our system for 12 months. This gives the candidate 12 months to print out their certificate, half of the amount of time the certificate is valid for. Your certificate expiry has passed (March 2019) - of course we keep records of your purchase(s) but have no need to keep records of expired certificates. Please let us know if we can assist you further.
Do not use this provider!
We have had identical issues with our First Aid Training being cancelled at the last moment and not being given a refund despite sending legal letters. Apparently there is nobody at the registered address!
No communication from the company and sheer avoidance of dealing with the issue points to what looks like a scam.
We will continue to pursue this and warn others of what appears not to be a one-off occurrence but a calculated attempt to rip off customers.
