What an absolute scam. Third time this year, Manchester Airport terminal two not available to press book lounges, so six further passes have had to be purchased separately via different companies... See more

the worst company I know! If you don't know what to do, email me a little about it! Now you have to check the problem! inputs torn down beyond repair! error admitted and no correction!
Wow 1.3* out of 5 .. surprised they have that many!
I signed up for 1 year via Regus for a fee then £19 per visit. I bought 4 visits and have used 3 so far. I tried to buy another 3 visits online via my account and each visit cost was £24? I contacted Dragonpass and they replied that they were sorry but they had put the cost up from £19 to £24? How can they put the price up when I am half way through a year contract? I wouldn't have signed up if they had said £19 per visit but hey we may increase to £24 half way through your contract. Unbelievable. I am not buying any more visits out of principle and will not be renewing with Dragon Pass. The other problem is Loveholidays have done a deal for free lounge access so the last 3 times I have tried to use my pass visits the lounge has been full up and I couldn't get in! Unfortunately Priority Pass are just as bad if not worse. I lost 6 visits during Covid and they would not honour any of them even though I could not travel.
Arrived early for our Escape Lounge booking.
The lounge was almost empty.
We were denied access.
Total absence of any form of customer service.
I agree with all the reviews below. Impossible to book a slot using a Dragon Pass during the past year. (before one could just show up on the day and gain access) The Escape lounge at Stansted is always fully booked even a week in advance of travel. Either the Lounge is over subscribed to by Dragon holders or other passes are being given priority.
Absolute garbage product through Barclays Banking! In Santiago Chile - Ministro Pistarini Airport, main airport of Chile and Dragon Pass only has 1 lounge in Domestic Flights! Why would a British Bank use such a worthless Product. This is after having issues previously in Munich (one of the main European hubs), whom stated couldn’t use as Britain now not in Shengen Territory! I have 6 passes I have not been able to use each year! Maybe time to move bank as both Dragon Pass and Barclays have little interest to improve coverage!
Impossible to gain access to any lounge. This "perk" is worth nothing because they will tell you that the lounge is at capacity while letting the other guests in. Would only allow pre-booked access which then costs you money.
I have a Citi cash back master card which employs Dragon pass, which now is not honoured at any of the major airports lounges, all are saying that dragon pass has started paying very less thus they have boycotted them. The service provided is inferior in quality.
I had to speak to customer services about a mistake that was made earlier in the year whilst in France, having seen the feedback from others I was wondering how well Dragon Pass would do. I found Ethan in Customer Relations very helpful, professional, and considerate, he resolved my problem swiftly - very much appreciated
Had a TERRIBLE experience with dragon pass. On the 17th November I pre booked the lounge WITH NO CLEAR SIGNAGE STATING THAT if I was late for this and later entered the lounge I would have 4 passes snatched away as opposed to two. The service provided by nathan was horrific and I WILL BE CANCELLING MY BARCLAYS TRAVEL PLUS PACK AS THEY REFUSE TO RETURN THE 2 stolen passes to me. If you like your sanity. Steer clear.
Change your system so that if you are one second late for any reason, the system deletes your booking and they just keep your money. They do not pay the lounge anything they just keep it for themselves
Dragon Pass was a terrible disappointment. If you're even a mere second late, they seize your passes without any assistance and deny refund. I found myself just outside my booking window because of severe storms and traffic, and it was a nightmare. My advice: steer clear, it's just not worth it. It seems like I'm not the only one facing these problems, as I noticed others are going through the same ordeal. I wasted several times communicating to customer service, going around in circles over terms and conditions. If you're late for genuine reasons, they're unforgiving. I don't hold the lounge staff responsible; they were lovely. The real issue lies with Dragon Pass customer service, who are incredibly impolite and unhelpful. Really has let me down, however credit to airport lounge staff who were very apologetic and did try to help.
We would give it a zero rating if we could. We travel during off seasons, we stopped at 4 airports in the last month, all the lounges except for 1 were full and not taking dragon passes, the only lounge that allowed dragon pass was in Porto. The porto lounge is the worse of all airport lounges. After we checked into lounge, we understood why we were able to get in, the space was crowded, the food was awful, and there was absence of staff. The cream soup was lukewarm which was a food safety hazard, the “sandwiches” consisted of the tiniest silver of meat we have ever seen, no butter, no lettuce or tomato. If you are thinking of getting a credit card because of dragon passes, dont bother, there are lots of credit cards with way better perks
Works ok in Toronto - use it every time I pass through - had issues with the app but they were able to run my visa and it indicated I had passes available. Always get in.
Manchester Uk - horrific - my sister had pre booked and paid - they let her in and told me it was full - the lounge was empty - woman said seats all pre-booked - there was no way she was letting me using my pass but if I wanted to pay she would find room for me. We called the manager over and she finally let me in with the pass. I sat there for 3 hrs - there were no more than 15 people at any given time . Food was awful and limited drinks .. most were premium drinks for added cost
Rome Italy .. said they were full but reserved me a seat - wait time 45 mins but the dragons pass app wouldn’t work and woman said their system not available to use my credit card to take the passes so if I wanted access I had to pay —
Dragons pass is useless
I can only echo everybody else’s comments. Can never get into the lounge, particularly at my home airport of Manchester. Completely useless.
Showed Dragonpass at AirFrance Geneva Lounge. Place was practically empty but was told I would have to come back in 40 mins, embarrassing experience as they clearly didn't want to admit someone with a Dragonpass. I gained entry to another Swissport lounge which was terrible.
They will not warn you that you will not be able to use it once per year because their system is renewing the membership. And they deny it is their system problem, but yours.
I used Dragon Pass ( Barclays) to book the Ambassador Lounge at Changi airport. It was a bad experience - stale food, rationed drinks, insufficient seating to name but a few, and all at a cost of over £90 for 2 adults and 2 children. When I complained to Dragon Pass on my returned I received an arrogant email for a company called Assurant entitled ‘Final Response’ that basically said neither Assurant, Dragon Pass not Barclays were responsible for the service provided even though Dragon Pass had taken payment. In addition they also said that access to the lounge couldn’t be guaranteed even though they take payment for pre booking, I have tried to contact Assurant on three occasions only to be fobbed off by them saying the person I needed to speak to was busy, but when I did finally speak to that person my call was mysteriously ‘dropped’ mid conversation but with no return call. Don’t waste your money on Dragon Pass!
the lounges are always full or you have to pay extra to book.
Bought a Dragon Pass at a discount via my Revolut card, only to be told there was no room in the Gatwick lounge when I went to use it.
Still trying to get my money back!!!!
Judging from the number of recent reviews regarding Dragon Pass and UK lounges especially Manchester Airport lounges, it is quite obvious that Dragon Pass no longer have a contract with Manchester Airport. We recently attempted to access the lounges at Manchester Airport and were met with a point blank refusal. MA used the corporate excuse that the lounges were about to be overrun with pre-booked travellers. At 4:15 a.m. on Friday the Escape and Aspire lounges were virtually empty. Another excuse was that they were under staffed. They suggested we might try again after 6:00 a.m. knowing full well we would likely be waiting at our departure gate at that time. I pay Co-op Bank nearly £190 a year for the privilege of having lounge passes and have contacted them for a refund. Co-op Bank need to rethink their contract with Dragon Pass and develop an alternative lounge access agreement. Basically, the Dragon Pass is useless in the UK.
On my return I checked to see if I could book MA lounges direct and could see endless availability. If I went on Dragon Pass to pre-book (£6.00 per person) there was No Availability what ever date and time you requested.
