Very bad experience

Very bad experience. At Bangalore international airport T2 where majority of international flights are leaving, no access for dragon pass. Reason - it is there in arrival gate for international and for domestic arrival and departure. Not very sure why T2 departure is left out

Packaged bank accounts - no option to prebook and turned away without prebooking

I previously noted you had go always prebook the UK lounges despite having a packaged current account which I pay extra for. It seems now the service has detoriated that much that now you can't even prebook a UK lounge with Dragonpass the portal that my account use. Between me and my wife we tried ober 100 different dates, times and UK lounges to test the system and none show up as available. I was told I'd have to just turn up but this doesn't work either as the lounges just refuse you entry so either way you're screwed. You can't prebook and if you turn up you are told the lounge is full because the lounges all want people to pay the full cost. It's a disaster for UK lounges especially and it's pointless paying for Dragon Pass as a perk with packaged bank accounts as you just can't use it.

At this rate Dragonpass will be non existent within a year.

Garbage company and service

Garbage company and service, needs to go under ASAP. Normally use my Amex complementary lounge entry, but cuz they were full I crossed the hall to a lounge who accepts dragon pass. The reception advised they were closing in less than 45min, I asked how much was the lounge with my membership, the reception entered my membership number into their computer and advised it was free, next day there’s a $90 charge. I essentially payed $90 to sit on a couch and watch the crew clean the lounge and kitchen. Both Rogers bank and dragon pass advised me that it was my fault for believing their employee at reception and should have verified the lounge fees online rather than taking the lounge employees word.
Imagine shopping and finding the charges on your statement higher than advised at the cash register and then being told it’s your fault for not verifying the costs online before going to the cash register.

Don't waste your money

Where to start. 2nd time using dragon pass, 2nd time refused entry. Yes I know what the T&C are but being refused entry when the lounge is 1/3 full is ridiculous. Fo not waste your money. I'm now £40 down with nothing to show for it. Not even a pastry.

Do not bother with Dragon Pass you can…

Do not bother with Dragon Pass you can never gain access with your pass, but if you offer to pay you will get in at Manchester Airport.
Just back from Istanbul, the airport lounge is abysmal. Hardly any choice of food and coffee beyond the pale.

Don't waste your time or money with Dragon Pass just give it a swerve.
I did complain to DrsgonPass but they are not interested on the slightest.

My account via Barclays Avios Rewards…

My account via Barclays Avios Rewards has never been accessible - Dragonpass helpline told me today (on a recorded call) that "this is Barclays, they keep doing this".Barclays tell me that this is simply untrue. I'd avoid Dragonpass at all costs, they are clearly inept or dishonest. Reflects very poorly on Barclays Bank too.

Pre booked two spaces at Gatwick north…

Pre booked two spaces at Gatwick north plaza lounge. Missed the 1 hour slot by 3 mins due to train cancelled and wife on crutches ( extra security ). Was refused entry AND LOST TWO VISIT PASSES as well as the additional £10 fee. Was told DragonPass would refund, but they have refused. Awful card, awful service, misinformation, avoid them…

A waste of money

Sadly having an airport pass is just not worth it. During the winter when few people travel you can usually access the lounges but from now onwards (February) you have to book which means spending money on something you’ve already bought! It’s deteriorated in the last few years because of holiday companies selling access as part of holidays. We usually have a light snack and a coffee so not trying to drink the bar dry like so many others. Frustrating, annoying and not fit for purpose. Avoid.

Dragon pass is not a legitimate company....beware!

Loaded the app and was shown by the concierge that we have 2 free passes with our World Elite Mastercard. Dragonpass still charged $68USD for the visit that was suppose to be free. The "contact us" number on the Dragon Pass app not for Dragonpass but rather directs you to Mastercard and they could not help. Even the email address provided by my Mastercard contact responded stating that they can't help as they are in the UK. There is NO WAY to contact Dragon Pass!!!!

This is a total SCAM and Mastercard should be leery of endorsing / supporting this sort of money grab unless, as I suspect, that they are in on it. Maybe it is time to look at Visa.

There are no words to describe how bad…

There are no words to describe how bad this is. Booking needed at least 48 hours in advance and it never works anyway. The lounges themselves if you ever manage to get in are not great. The staff are poorly trained.

Scammers

Scammers. You cant book a lounge with this company. I’ve just tried every date in the next month at Manchester airport but showing as full when using the Dragonpass booking portal.
Try booking direct however and plenty availability on every date I checked.

Avoid DragonPass

What an appalling service. Declined entrance but bank says the card has no block on it. The QR code is generated on the App but the scanner declines it for no reason.

Getting worse & worse

Also very disappointed that there was no lounge at Santiago airport, a major capital city! Flying from Luton this week & the Aspire lounge has closed & Dragon Pass not offering the alternative Club Rooms. Same happened in Rhodes last year. Has become a much less valuable & useful service. So very unhappy & disappointed
