Terrible company. **DO NOT USE** we had heavy traffic to Heathrow which caused us to be late, Plus we had to change to T5 Heathrow. They wouldn't refund our money or transfer it to T5 lounge. I'm now taking legal action and closing down our @CoOpBank Account which we have been using for 20years +. Disgusting company and customer services!!!!
After paying for this service for a long time finaly got to try use it. After an hour of waiting. Access denied. Even with proof of member in front of staff. Waist of Time. Dont even bother.
What an awful company . I have a dragon pass with my Nat West Bank account and despite being told by the lounge that there wouldn’t be a charge for my guest I was charged £24 . There should be some sort of authorisation process that makes it clear that there will be a charge . Dragon Pass were completely unhelpful and wouldn’t entertain a discussion on a refund . Nat West , by contrast , were very supportive and quickly resolved the matter
Absolutely awful, the places are full of cheap food and so limited and more often than not you have to pay to reserve a place to actually use them! They turn members away all the time now as companies like on the beach give free lounge passes. When I spoke to customer services about how bad my experience was they didn’t even apologise, they just said they have a lot of members.
Seriously consider before you spend money on this, it used to be fabulous but now they have gone down hill completely
Terrible company would suggest never using them. We had booked an aspire lounge at Terminal 3 then 24 hrs before our flight the air line changed us to terminal 5 but Dragon pass Would not amend our passes for terminal 5 which would be an easy solution.
We are supposed to receive 4 complimentary Dragon Pass visits. When we entered in Tironto wd asked if there was a charge and they said no and then our MC was charged $32 U.S.each!! This is Canada!!! Why were we charged anything and why U.S.? Food and drinks were good but very crowded and big lineup when we left.
Unforgiving Terms & Zero Flexibility
I recently pre booked a lounge at Heathrow costing near £50 for two tickets. I erroneously pre-booked the lounge for 7am instead of 7pm so by the time I arrived the ticket had expired. The customer agents at the lounge said to call dragon pass customer service and they should be able to re-issue as they could see that I've not used / activated the pass. When I spoke to customer services, they said they were unable to re-issue the ticket and that I'd have to pay for another one, despite acknowledging the ticket had not been used. I thought this was incredibly poor customer service, they're not losing out by re-issuing as pass, how can they have such little flexibility? What would have happened if my flight was delayed and I arrived at the airport later as a result? Very poor, in addition to the fact that the lounge was terribly crowded, and the food and drink were incredibly poor quality, not worth the money at all.
Was given advice not to travel to Barcelona due to red weather alert. I managed to rebook my trip for 2 weeks, except dragonpass wouldn’t allow me to move my booking as it was within 24 hours (somehow in their book I was meant to know Barcelona was going to get flooded). You would think some courtesy towards customers would go a long way but more interested in lining their pockets.
Excellent I fly a lot and I never had any issues almost access to all lounges in the different airports free of charge
Got dragon pass with our NatWest black- recently we have been really disappointed. The airport parking has now stopped which was the main reason we had it. Also, struggling to use it at airports lounges. Tried booking escape lounge at Bristol online repeatedly but not able to book. Got to the lounge only to be told they wouldn’t let dragon pass members as they could get full paying customers.
Terrible service. Recommended by Telegraph Newspaper. Don’t waste your time or money!
Why are RBS/NatWest persisting with DragonPass? The reviews are absolutely damning and the customer service non existent. Being told you had to pre book, when I never have prior to this is just a fob off excuse. I pay £35 per month to use this service and it is an absolute rip off. Steer clear from RBS premier accounts and DragonPass lounge access in particular! Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish!!!
Tried to prebook lounge through Dragonpass and was told nothing available. This was for 2 months in advance. But when I book through the lounge booking website there are magically lots of availability. Complete rip off
Booked lounge in Marakesh, Absolutely awful. Limited food. No aircon (30 degrees +). No cold drinks. Kept running out of drinks. Coffee machine didn't work. Was told 'toaster' for sandwhichs didn' work, but clearly did!
Complained to DragonPass / Assurant / Nathan Williams. Basically refused to do anything, wouldn't escalate complaint and essentailly said 'tough s***'
Utterly useless, even in lounges that advertise Dragonpass, access is refused more often than not. I originally got this as a ‘perk’ on my Mastercard, I’ll be changing back to Visa.
Tried logging into Bristol lounge via their app. No slots available through their app but plenty if you went direct to the Bristol site.
Contacted Dragon who said just turn up! Tried a walk in and was placed in a virtual queue. Never called forward so never gained access.
Tried again for a flight in December. The longe opens at 0300hrs and our flight is at 0745hrs. Once again unable to book a slot.
Have contacted Barclays and cancelled the Travel Pack Plus, which should give you 6 slots per year!
You stand a better chance of a seat on the Space Shuttle than you do with getting into a lounge via the Dragon Pass.
A complete con and Barclays should drop them from their travel pack!
Glsd i read these reviews before actually buying entitlements! Company are cowboys! Christine and Liz who work for dragon pass are absolutely useless. No help. Very unprofessional. And now i see why. I will definitely STAY AWAY! i suggest everyone else does too. Dreadful company and dreadful staff.
As poor as everyone says. It’s a Barclays scam
Total waste of money, they don’t tell you you need to pre book on lounges that you need to all in a con to make you pay more on top
⚠️BEWARE!! Dragon pass is not good for airport lounge.⚠️ I pay £270.00 a year to BARCLAYS BaNK and have not been able to prebook a lounge for my last 3 trips. Dragon pass say I can have 15% off the airport restaurants. -I already get 20% off through my BLC. (I pay 5pounds for two years for that card).
They say I can get fast track through Dragon pass. If I go onto the airport website I can get fast track for £6pp. 🧐COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST. I will take this further, I have complained to BARCLAYS BANK. They have rejected this claim but paid out on my last claim in 2022 for the same thing. So I have escalated the case and waiting for my solicitor to get back to me. It's not about the MONEY. It's about the Principle. -you do not take people's money and not come trough on the service you offer. The service that most people want and get away with it. BARCLAYS BANK I hold you responsible. You do not treat your customers like this.
⚠️⚠️please do not fall for dragon passes scam. They do not care about you once they have your money. ⚠️⚠️
