Disappointing Experience – Paid Twice for Parking at CastleCourt…

booked 4.5 hours at CastleCourt Shopping Centre Car Park via Parkopedia and paid £12.16 online. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no information on their website or confirmation email about how to enter or exit the car park using the booking.
When I arrived, I had to enter like everyone else using the normal barrier system. On exit, the barrier didn’t recognize my number plate, and I had to pay again manually at the onsite payment machine. None of the staff were aware of Parkopedia bookings or their vendors.
I essentially paid twice and lost money. I contacted customer support via email and only received a ticket number with a promise of a response within 48 hours—it's now been 4 days and still no contact.
I do not recommend using their site for booking.

Update:
Parkopedia's support team responded promptly and professionally after I provided proof, and thankfully initiated the refund. I appreciate their service and now await the amount to be credited to my bank account.

Car park did not exist

Booked a parking space in preparation for a day out knowing that parking would be at a premium due to all the planned events. Guess what, the car park doesn’t exist……Esk leisure Centre, Ruswarp no such thing. Ruined our day out. There’s no means of contacting Parkopedia except for a message via website. Requested a refund but not holding my breath. My advice, do not use this company

Dishonest broker.

Dishonest broker.

I think you can use them to find car parks, but DO NOT PURCHASE via their site.

They are allowing Google ads (despite saying in an email they don't display third party adverts) which display nothing more than a "Pay" button in a compatible colourway to the main site.

These adverts are nothing more than an attempt to deceive the site visitor to click through to a scam subscription service.

If Parkopedia are going to say they don't run third party adverts, then perhaps they own the scam content subscription service sites themselves?

HOPELESS!!

HOPELESS!!! The app still lists parking locations that were closed down a year ago! The hourly rates are out of date! The Ringgo reference numbers are wrong!! There is no way to report these errors within the app.

DISHONEST AND BULLYING CAR PARK COMPANY

Should be no stars used the St Peters Car Park Mansfield Nottinghamshire, you get 45 mins free then pay for longer so I paid £1 for an extra 1 hour. I entered the car park at 09:32 and left at 10:44 so was within my time. I paid and entered my personal number plate which is my initials and I have had this plate for over 20 years got my ticket. Two weeks later I got a PCN saying I had over stayed and they gave the times I put above. I didn't have the ticket after two weeks but I did have my bank receipt on my app which stated £1 St Peters CP so I sent this off. then I got a reply saying that they accepted that I had paid but on a search they could not see my registration number or anything similar so under a clause they will now issue a fine of £20 for not putting in the correct registration. They would not and did not show me any evidence of the search they did. Also if you don't pay the £20 within 14 days then the fine would go back to £100. A search on the car park web site reveals every review is 1 star. This company are basically bullies and dishonest
