Avoid

Product is decent but now changed their policy so have to pay extortionate postage for replacement clasps.. don’t waste your money

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered my forever bracelets and as soon as I received confirmation email which was within 5 mins of being charged I noticed my phone autofilled my old address, I emailed immediately within 5 minutes over and over and over again since I could not find a phone number asking to either cancel or have right address for shipping, got no response for over 7 hours to then be told I can not cancel and address can not be changed since order has been shipped to contact UPS. thanks guys great customer service. I suggest everyone spend their money getting the same bracelets from a company that will actually help its customers rather then take their money and give no help.

SCAM

I placed my order on December 14 in the hopes to possibly receive it before Christmas because it has a 7 to 10 day ship time. I still have not recieved my order. My initial response from them on my first email they used Thanksgiving and black Friday as an excuse for the delay. Time went on now Christmas is excuse for the delay. I told them that I would like a full refund of my order. They said they can no longer refund or cancel because the order has already been processed. I truly believe that they are an overseas company and not a US company like theystate. They finally issued me a tracking number that shows Lexington Kentucky, but the product has not moved in almost a week. Good thing I paid with my PayPal account and I am currently disputing discharge with PayPal for a full refund. Do not order from this company.
