This company totally messed up with a funeral. They tried to take over the funeral plan in place when it didn't belong to them. They never answer emails or return calls. They lack empathy and understanding.

This was a really difficult situation, where a client's wishes conflicted with the family. We are very grateful to the family for taking the time to come in and meet with us so that we can learn how to better support the family in these types of situations treating families with dignity and empathy whilst ensuring the clients wishes are upheld.
