I ordered a beautiful set for my birthday and it was short notice to have it delivered and Heidi made it happen.
I was so happy I got it and made up all ready for my birthday

I was looking for garden furniture that wasn’t rattan…. When I typed in white metal garden their furniture came up! It looked beautiful just what I was looking for. Placed my order and Heidi was very helpful and order came quickly!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

The furniture is fine although it's been under the cover since I had it and not been used my only complaint is with the cover as it has started to split on the seems and won't be long until I will have to replace it

I was nervous ordering an expensive item from Facebook and read all of the reviews and can assure you they are all true. Heidi could not have been more helpful - she patiently answered all of my questions and her customer service was exceptional. The deliver was prompt and the driver who delivers nothing was too much trouble and helped me get it round to the back of the house.

The furniture itself is beautiful, slightly more complicated to put together than the instructions suggest but well worth it. The cushions are extra thick compared to others on the market which makes a difference and the whole set looks and feels a lot more expensive than it was!

We came across Enchanted Furnishings through a Facebook advert and as a sceptic reached out to ask to view before we purchased.
Heidi was exceptionally efficient in responding and arranged a viewing with one her family members on a Sunday who have the furniture set we liked.
Quality was excellent and we bought on the spot. The furniture was delivered within 4 days and was easy to assemble.
The quality and comfort is excellent.
