First class experience from start to end. 10/10 from initiation to delivery. I ordered on a Thursday and it arrived, with a smile, 3 days later. I’d been researching garden sets for a while as we had wedding gift money to spend. I found this great company through Instagram (the power of social media) and I’m so glad I invested our money into this small, wonderful business. We chose the aluminum garden set and we are extremely happy with it. The quality is second to none. The cushions are super plumped and the frames are solid. Even the cover it great. It was so easy to put together, quite possibly one of the easiest sets of furniture we’ve ever built. Usually when a build time is given, you need to triple it, but sure enough the 30 mins stated on the instructions were spot on. We will recommend this company to anyone. Seamless service and great customer care. If you’re thinking about buying from this small business, stop deliberating and go for it. You won’t regret it.

After being scammed on FB before was very dubious about ordering furniture. What I learnt is no company the same. From start to finish and follow up enchanted furnishings have been brilliant. Prompt service always kept up to date and furniture lovely. I live in North East of England and was no trouble at all for them. Brilliant company and lovey furniture. Thanks enchanted furnishings

Looks good quality, easy to assemble, but takes some time. So far im happy about my new garden furniture!

Furniture set is fantastic, love the colour, quality looks good and was easy to build.

Furniture arrived 2 weeks after ordering, the only suggestion would be updates on delivery would really be useful. I received order confirmation email and then nothing more. When I did email I received an instant response so cannot fault customer service however delivery company did not message for another week to communicate about delivery. (Jubilee weekend also happend).

Delivery company gave a delivery window and arrived within, Furniture was well packaged and delivery guy was very nice.

Excellent service for delivery of garden lounge set, very helpful in adding a cover to order the following day. Only negative is that the back cushions for this set are very soft, when you sit back they compress to nothing, will have to add more foam or add additional cushions for comfort !
