I want to express my sincere thanks to Gurjit and his team for their incredible support and dedication throughout the process of switching providers. My previous provider made things extremely difficult, but Gurjit remained professional, helpful, and reassuring every step of the way.
The installation went smoothly, and the whole experience has been so much better than I expected. I truly appreciate all the hard work and effort that went into making this happen.

Terrible company. 100% avoid.
The list of issues we've had with both IT support and phone system are endless, too many to list. I can see on here every time a negative review is posted, they think just a reply saying to message another email makes it seem like they care - they do not. They will wriggle and writhe to shift any blame rather than just do the decent thing and admit they have done something incorrectly or not at all in most cases. More respect is gained from that sometimes, as we all make mistakes. We've managed to get away from them for IT support, however locked in for a while longer in a phone contract. We can't wait for the day to move on entirely.
Dealing with Sarah Paskin has restored faith in Enconvo, sadly since Pace Telecom has gone we are left with a larger company, but, have faith there are good staff there still

Had a small problem with receiving calls, emailed Andrew Kendall and within half an hour this was fixed by himself and help from his colleague Lucy.
Andrew and Lucy have always been very fast with any issues (very rare) that might arise!

Andrew Kendall was super efficient in helping sort out a company wide problem with the software update. I had tried calling the help desk and was on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody answered, I emailed from the website for some technical support and had no reply. So I emailed Andrew our account manager and within minutes he had answered the email with a solution and got us all back up and working! Fabulous. Technical have just emailed me back (a bit late)!
Would suggest next time Enconvo do a software update they email their customers to warn them and send the link.... My five stars are for Andrew!

I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Enconvo team, especially Sarah. She went out of her way to resolve an issue with international number we were trying to setup - and she managed to do this within a few hours. She also kept us updated throughout the process and was very polite and friendly. That's the customer service at its finest - very impressive!

We are a small business with pretty simple requirements of our telecoms provider and therefore not a high value client for Enconvo. I called support today to sort out a problem which we had with online access. I got straight through to a human being (Sarah), sorted the issue out within seconds and then spoke to Andrew about the renewal of our contract, he came up with a suggestion to give us maximum flexibility - we are moving offices soon - while saving money on our monthly bill. Well done Sarah and Andrew, from a happy minnow in the sea of telecoms!

Avoid at all costs. Plenty of decent reviews here which will make you feel confident, but look back at all the previous company names this bunch have operated as, which if not itself a red flag, the reviews themselves will be.
Nothing like the service sold, and to be honest a really shabby user interface of their system anyway.
