Enconvo Phone Upgrade

We recently upgraded our phone system from a traditional Panasonic handset to Enconvo's Swyx system. We are extremely pleased with the new system as it is far more versatile and user friendly than our old one. Dan and the team were superb from day one right the way through to ironing out some teething problems that you always get with a new system. Very contactable and quick to respond to any tickets raised.

Fantastic company to deal with

Have to say from first meeting Joe who was delightful and most informative with the product we were most interested in to then Sidra who processed our order from their Gurjit our installations co ordinator and Scott who came out and installed our phones and explained everything we needed to do. They were always at the end of a phone or email if needed, can't praise them enough nothing was to much trouble so very professional and equally friendly, what a fantastic company to deal with and would certainly recommend them

Absolutely brilliant service received from Joanna who was very efficient great with communication replied to emails promptly. My contract was drawn up and signed within a day. Would recommend this company they have great cheap rates and good customer service. Thank you

Brilliant service!!!

Brilliant service!!!! Spoke today with our customer success manager (Andrew Kendall) who always swiftly helps sort any issues, however small
when we need help.
I needed help with a handset, emailed Andrew and within minutes (George), technical, contacted me and talked me through it, with great patience, and everything was sorted within minutes! followed up with an email from Andrew straight afterwards. Excellent service and customer care! thank you.

amazing product and support staff

amazing product, service and support...I searched the market for an IP phone provider and found Simon from Enreach. He gave tonnes of features for a softphone and mobile app for a fixed cost per month. The delivery team were amazing, Gurjit helped me a lot. Importantly I could contact them when I had a question. It then went live. I wanted to make some changes I was helped quickly by Andre the engineer, Dr Dre! he was like a doctor and got it working as I wanted it, he was always back to me with updates and the changed were implemented quickly. Ryan in support helped me with integration for dialling out via CRM. All round an amazing experience from quote to go-live ! thanks Enreach
