We have had a lot of technical issues since Enreach upgraded their phone system. We had various issues with different handsets. We asked for an Engineer to attend on site.
Martin attended and spent most of the day fixing the various issues and providing training where necessary. He was very competent and as a result of his efficiency we are up and running without any complications. Thank you Enreach from BMS Solicitors.

*CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS*
To any future or current clients of this business I would really urge you to make sure you haven't been miss lead into signing a ridiculous "Lines and Maintenance" contract.
Having reach what we thought was the end of our 3 year contract on both IT and Telephony you can imagine how gutted we felt finding out one of the Docu-sign contracts wouldn't be 36 months. It was 84 months!
We're currently in the process of challenging this 'dirty-tricks' tactic which has completely blind sided us.
All I can hope by writing this is no one finds themselves in the same position as us and you check and make sure what is sold matches the contract you sign.

The assistance provided was very good and satisfactorily dealt with most of my IT issues. However, I am still unable to reconnect my mobile telephone to the office internet and as such this issue does remain unresolved. I am still looking for this issue to be dealt with.

Very fast response, Straight on to my PC to help with the issue and once sorted Andre then did a check of the settings to make sure i had it configured correctly.

The two engineers who visited my home to set up my new broadband were brilliant. They were really happy to route the cable through the lift space rather than having to run cable round the skirting board. This took much more time but was effectively a much better job than the initial suggestion. Andrew Beaver

On the odd occasion we have a technical issue, normally same day solutions are provided. Today, the support team demonstrated how to pick up internal calls from other user phones, but this was a little tedious using the softphone approach, so we had Andre, an Enreach engineer call me & set up the phone with the necessary one touch 'pick-up' key. Top job. Then spoke to Angel in customer service to discuss our future contract and other technical issues, which is now in hand with the Enreach team. Thank you everyone involved, a great friendly approach to cutomer service.

Needed urgent help with pulling call logs and raised a ticket and Andre came to the rescue... he even logged onto my PC and downloaded software and helped install then talked me through it, absolute first class service, really nice chap who has helped when i was in a sticky situation. highly recommend Andre and Enreach.

Andre was a great help! After sending an email to the support page, Andre called the office to talk through the email and to discuss the needs and requirements of the business. Within 2 hours, all the questions had been answered, phone line and extensions amended and access to call logs!
