Endeavour Law has been supporting clients since 2013. We have experienced solicitors providing clear, practical advice across all areas of family law, including divorce, finances, and child arrangements. Our team works nationally, offering consultations by phone and WhatsApp for convenience, as well as in-person meetings at our three offices in Bridgend, Church Village, and London. *** Alongside family law, we have a well-established private client and conveyancing department. Director Meinir Evans leads our Church Village office, while Head of Private Client Joanne Matthews is based in Pencoed, offering trusted advice on conveyancing, wills, lasting powers of attorney, and deputyship applications. *** For our London clients, consultant solicitor Dean Vickery provides advocacy and flexible support, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring busy professionals can access advice when they need it most. *** Frequently Asked Questions *** Q: How long does a divorce take in England and Wales? * A: A divorce takes a minimum of 26 weeks. This includes a 20-week reflection period after the application is issued and a further 6-week waiting period before applying for the final order. It can take longer if financial or child arrangements are still being resolved. *** Q: What am I entitled to after a divorce? * A: Entitlement depends on the length of the marriage, financial contributions, and future needs of both parties. The court’s aim is to reach a fair outcome, which does not always mean a 50/50 split. *** Q: What happens if my ex denies me access to the children? * A: You can apply for a child arrangements order. If granted, this sets out when the children spend time with each parent. Breaching the order can result in legal consequences. *** Q: How long does conveyancing usually take? * A: Most property transactions take between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on factors such as the length of the chain, mortgage offers, and searches. Our private client team will guide you through the process to keep things on track. *** Q: Why should I make a will? * A: A will ensures your estate passes according to your wishes. Without one, the intestacy rules apply, which may not reflect what you want. It can also make things simpler and less stressful for your loved ones. *** Q: What is a lasting power of attorney (LPA)? * A: An LPA allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions about your finances or health and welfare if you are no longer able to do so. Setting one up gives you control and peace of mind. *** Q: What is a deputyship order? * A: If someone has lost capacity and has not made an LPA, their family may need to apply to the Court of Protection for a deputyship order. This gives authority to manage their financial affairs and make decisions in their best interests.

Absolutely terrible company. They dont get back to you. They have simply to get a baylif to my ex's house but have failed 3 times . They sign their letters 'endevour law' no name, so i cant even speak with a solicitor, its always a receptionist with threats of calling back, but never do. Im taking them to the courts now to get my money back. They take your money, then ignore you. Steer clear! Update!, trustpilot gives an automatic reply from endevour law, the following response from endevour law with their apologies means nothing, its 6 days since i posted this review, and for all of their supposed concerns, still no phone call!

Hopeless and fob you off with lies when you try to enquire about the progress of your case.
I was waiting for my Final Order on my divorce to be completed and I was phoning them every week to ask if it had been finalised. Nobody I spoke to was interested and obviously couldn't be bothered to check my details because my ex received the documents before I even knew it had come through. Caused big problems for me because I was adamant that it hadn't gone through and all the time my ex knew it had and told our children and everyone that it had. Meanwhile I'm calling him a liar and making myself look a fool.
I wouldn't trust them to do anything for me again. Stay well clear because they are obviously not fit for such responsibility

This company is a SCAM they use underhanded tactics until you part ways with your money then you're screwed. Signed up on a Friday for £499 a price the sales person made up as it wasn't on the site, wanted a refund on the Monday and they could only partially refund even though no works was done. AVOID AVOID AVOID. MAJOR SCAM!!!

Minus 20 stars
Started a divorce, paid about £1000
Hardly contacted, lied too, they say they are further on than you are, then say it’s going to cost some more money
What a bunch of cowboys
Refuse to refund any amount
Had to get a new solicitor

They took about £400 and I applied for free court costs, then they said I took too long to submit my bank statements but I sent them to them immediately I got the email. So they said my application has been rejected so I have to pay an extra £610 ,so I’m not risking paying them any more money so I will stay separated for the rest of my life . I have emailed them several times asking for my money back, they don’t respond. They don’t tell you the total price, they add more as you go, total scam they should not be allowed to continue like this.
