UPDATED REVIEW
Whether it be a person or a company, errors happen. However , it is resolution that truly defines.
My initial review was accurate, however, I have heard from customer service numerous times. No I wasn’t able to book on the dates requested nor was the hotel choice optimal, but they really tried to get me all that I requested, and when it became impossible to do so, they provided a full refund. I sincerely appreciate the response and effort. I will continue my membership and will book in the future much more comfortably.
Revised 9/14/25
Endless luxury doesn’t even deserve the poor rating that they have on this site, they are far worse. I bought a package from them for a stay in Boston, when I tried to book the stay in September, I noticed that there was no calendar date available for the rest of 2025. I called customer service, and was told that there must be a mechanical error with the calendar and then I would receive a call back within 48 hours.. Five days later, I had not received any callback and had to ferret a customer service phone number to speak to them concerning my reservation needs. I was transferred to an offshore call center who essentially told me that there were no dates available until mid to late November while the guarantee ensures a 30 day window. . Customer service could not transfer me, could not assist me and only could suggest send an email. After the numerous attempts of calling customer service I reached a domestic customer service person who was courteous, but could only find mid November as the first available date. I had two hotel choices, the first offered a room that was described on the site as a teeny bedroom which cannot guarantee a single or a double bed And the second was a yotell that is probably better known for their hostel accommodations rather than premium hotel accommodations. I booked with Yotel since it was the queen of the pigs of my choices. The customer service agent was kind, apologetic, but limited in what could be offered. Now this was $129 upfront payment along with $9.95 a month. I impulsively took this offer, prior to looking at the online reviews of this company. Two notes, a common theme is they over promise and under commit. And that is true looking at the properties that they promised would be premium, but ended up being Properties that were quite less than three star. The other interesting thing is they talk about their great discounts, they can get at hotels and resorts. Their discounts are based on rack rate and in every instance I matched , hotels.com far beat them in lower price for better accommodations. All of Expedia sites beat them as well as the real major discount chains. They are at best a fraud and it worse actually a fraud. Buyer beware of using them.

Fast and efficient
I didn't make a booking as my dates were not available. I ended up getting a refund through the amazing team at customer support. They were so quick and efficient, I was very impressed!
Not doubt I will be back with them hopefully in the near future!
Thanks team 😁

EndlessLuxury are not to be trusted…
EndlessLuxury are not to be trusted just on the basis there is not even a contact us facility on their website to contact them. In addition they tried to debited me twice by their payments system saying there was problem and then debiting both cards, Also noticed many people dont actually get the options actually on offer,

Exceptional service from the lovely Allison who managed to turn around a terrible experience I had previously with a similar company and provide exceedingly good value and allow me to feel safe in my purchase. Hats off to her for her kind nature and helping me feel like she had my best interest at heart! I appreciate this more than you knowThank you.

Endless Luxury advertised 5 nights in…
Endless Luxury advertised 5 nights in Maui for $399. They offered true hotel options with all the amenities. When I tried to book my travel no hotels came up. Only villas with no true hotel amenities. We are very flexible on dates. I tried everything. Ended up having to call customer service to see if they could accommodate. No luck!! Ended up asking for a refund. Disappointing.

Not the bargain originally expected
First of all can I say the customer support team are very good its just the products thay are selling that dont live up to expectations. The original advert suggested we would be saving several hundred pounds if we signed up to the membership system and went on a trip to the Lake district. It did say that because of the huge savings the exact hotel would not be revieled until the booking was made but then the choice offered was far different from the ones suggested. Booking this break cost us a total of £179. The same location at the same time is available on other websites for £262 and whilst this is a saving it is not the sort of saving the original advert suggested. I then looked at the hotels they had to offer in southern Spain where we are going in a couple of months, 4 out of the 5 hotels we will be staying at were more expensive with Endless Luxury that other Hotel search websites. Have now cancelled my membership

Picture on ad bears no resemblance to destination
I contacted the company to ask why the picture they use to advertise Stratford upon Avon (UK), where I live, isn’t actually a picture of the town. I got a reply offering to help me find a holiday. I tried again - same reply. If this is an example of their customer communications, I wouldn’t touch Endlessluxury with a barge pole!

Sketchy!! Read review!
So far, many things are misleading. I just reviewed all of the reviews on this page. Look at all the negative reviews that aren't addressed and people who have lost their money.
I took screenshots of my conversation.
First I was told it was a 2 night stay. But it said 3 night. In one place it says $199 in another it says $299. (On the same page) I asked what the catch was, was told I'd have an annual membership. Then was told it was a monthly fee. Then when asking how much the annual fee was they said there was no annual fee. Then when asking how much the monthly fee was they said there was no fee. It continued on and on. Where is the consistency?

Not any cheaper than booking through hotel itself
Its not overly easy to navigate (from an I.T.C trainer) but its got there with assistance from staff. Im excited to go, however, it isn't any cheaper than booking through the Sofitel.

Tricked!
"5 nights accommodation €399, no rush, choose your dates anyyine in yhe next 18 mths" then with add ons lost 426 approx. When I try to get a hotel in Vienna via their website, the process is no better to what I can get using Booking.com, or, or. Emailed their support on a.nimber.of days, No Reply. Worse con I've been sucked into.
