Delivery is a disaster
Delivery is a disaster. I understand that during the pandemic the supply chains can be broken, but this purchase was a complete mess. And kept being below expectations over and over again. They stated on their website delivery in 4/5 days which was wrong (and did not change this info), then they stated 7/10 days in the order confirmation, and 13 days after purchase it was still not delivered. And then when I emailed and called them, they could not even give any info, not even an estimate of the delivery time, and even the courier was not defined. Absolutely full mess, in my opinion. And also felt like cheating and misinforming because they could not fulfil what they said. I am a client, bought products worth $400+ in February 2021.
