My solar panels have been having issues with the "micro omvormer" being down for 8 days now. I have contacted EnergieWonen multiple times by phone and email and still no one has come to fix it, they just suggest "switch it off and on again, or wait a day to see if it starts to work again".

Project: 6 solar panels + new distribution box (groepenkast)
First and foremost, I'm satisfied with the end result, which is corresponding with the initial offer from Energy Wonen.
I am however less satisfied in the whole planning and communication towards the actual realisation of the work.
After signing the offer and paying the 30% deposit, I didn't hear anything for a very long time and had to contact Energie Wonen (a few times) myself, to get things started.
The whole procedure: separate planning and separate contractors (onderaannemers) for "technische schouw", distribution box installation and solar panel installation, was never communicated up front. While I thought I was doing business with Energie Wonen, all of a sudden I had to communicate with several other companies.
The "technische schouw" was bit of a laugh. A four man strong army (not the most presentable appearances too) came in our house and where one of them was actually checking out the situation, the other ones just took up space while playing with their phones)
Also, the initial estimated 6-8 weeks of time for realisation, became 13 weeks. Admittedly, this was around the "bouwvak", but the estimation could have taken this into account and been a bit more realistic.
Again, the end result is good. The way towards it, not so much.
