They mis-represented a product on their website. I called prior to ordering, making sure they knew what they were selling. When I received the 2 orders the product was not what I ordered.
I called, they had an attitude about it and made me call the manufacturer confirming Energy Avenue got it wrong! Obviously they did not believe me, their customer. Never again!

Wrong item sent but they fixed it quickly
Incorrect item was sent but they did make up for it and offered to send me the correct item overnight (I asked for it to be sent slower as I was not going to use the lamp holders for many weeks). I received the replacement lampholders and they did a good job correcting their mistake. I am now satisfied.
