No refund issued - OVER 10 Months
What seemed like a good site for LED lights turned into a nightmare for returning and obtaining a refund.
A number of bulbs ordered were not described accurately on their website - they had the incorrect base type.
They were quick to provide an RMA for returning, but have ignored all my emails and calls (voicemails because they never answer the phone) to send an actual check. Instead, they send me a "payment voucher" which shoes a credit balance. No instructions on how to obtain an actual payment of my refund, nor any explanation of whether I must use the balance to purchase additional products.
Very disappointing - no calls, emails or any attempt to reply to my calls and emails asking how to obtain the refund
I will not be adding a photo of the invoice/payment voucher as it contains my personal information in multiple sections and would be nearly impossible to meaningfully redact
Worst service
I called them again to get a damaged item replaced. The store manager has been kept saying the replacement is on the way, but now it is clear that he has been lying all along. This is very dishonest company, and be aware this before you buy something from them.
Placed an order
Placed an order, and received smashed and destroyed product. Company never replied to multiple attempts to provide any sort of support or resolution. I highly discouraged anyone from using this untrustworthy company.

First time I tried to order from them they accepted the order and never processed it or charged me. I called after 3 weeks and asked, they said that I sliped through their cracks. The second try they charged me and now a month later they said that the vender is backed ordered. I then cancelled the order and obtained a refund.

I ordered 5 dual smoke/CO alarms for the hearing impaired. After having them installed, we discovered that the product was not what the company advertised. The company told me to return them for a refund or replacement. They admitted the advertising was not accurate. They wanted me to pay an extra $100 plus for the "correct" item, and I asked that they absorb that cost due to their incorrect advertising. They would not do that. So I requested my refund. They refused to do that as well "because the items had been installed." I had informed them before returning them that the items had been installed, and a refund was promised at that time. After no luck in dealing with the company, I submitted a complaint to the BBB which is currently involved in mediating the issue. Energy Avenue lied and said I ordered the wrong product, trying to put the blame on me! But when I checked the NEW listing of the product with the identical product number, it had been edited -- so that is proof they made an error. It was theirs not mine. I recommend that you DO NOT do business with this company. They do not have good customer service, and they will lie instead of compensating a customer for their errors.

The product was good but the customer service was horrible. I needed to return the item and requested online two times. I haven't heard of them so got on chat and nobody answered I just got transferred and waited long time and didn't get any answer.

EA could have provided a customs form and the fee would have been 0$; I asked EA to provide this form, they refused. They also refused to acknowledge any responsibility in the matter, give a discount or cover part of the brokerage fee.

lights not all of them were same, six of them were different lumens. I checked with a light meter that's why I Knew and I fixed that by myself. but two months later my customer called me and tell me two lights were working not properly so I sent an email to energy Avenue, they called me two days later and they will see how can be fixed the issues and I better ordered those two lights that I need to replace because I'm waiting for two months and not get it yet. I'm not going to lose customers just for $175.00 dollars. I ordered 38 light.
