The product was great
The product was great! There were a few broken lights, but Jake told us to let him know and he would help us out - so we will be reaching out to him to have the broken ones replaced! The product was just as expected and we love the lights! However, the shipping service was not great. The truck showed up twice to the location for delivery day, while our workers were inside, but the shipping people never knocked and never informed anyone they were there, so they left. We didn't know they had even been at our office and called asking why they never showed up. Then, we were ensured that we would come that Friday between 10-2, but they didn't show up during that time. We called again, and they said they would be there in 30 mins, but an hour and a half passed and they did not arrive. We called again, to which they told us the driver had exceeded their hours that day and they would arrive Monday morning. They arrived early Monday, but we were frustrated with the delivery drivers service. Other than delivery, everything was great!

I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item. I have called three times with no response. The third time I called I was assured they would get back to me within an hour, I am still waiting. Very poor customer service and I will never be ordering again.

Energy Avenue has excellent customer service and product worked great
No problem with the product, packaging, or getting it shipped. However, it was shipped USPS and as they often do, they email that "it is delivered: when it isn't. It did get delivered the next day.
The Soraa bulbs work incredibly well. Energy Avenue followed up to make sure everything was fine with the product and that I was a satisfied customer. I am and I would not hesitate using them again or recommending to anyone to use them.

Hard to find Smoke Detectors
Needed a hard to get model smoke detector. Ordered 2 from Energy Avenue. Came within a few days and work just fine.

I ordered the wrong end of a specialty lightbulb, bayonet rather than candelabra. Very helpful in replacing for the right bulb. However never sent me a return number for the first bulbs as promised.
