There were no replacement screws for mounting in some of the boxes and after I ordered an email came for free shipping.

This is a very good company. I ordered a product that had been discontinued, and Energy Avenue inadvertently sent me a substitute that would not work. It was an honest mistake that, quite frankly, was caused by a computer that had not updated itself. A sales associate had helped me, and the website fooled both he and me. This company took the responsibility and fixed my problem. Unfortunately, they did not have a product that replaced my broken fixture. I will certainly use this company in the future, and I highly recommend them to any potential customer.

I ordered 15 small bulbs for our church. There were two types. Both unusual.

The order I placed turned out to be an obsolete product. Energy Avenue replaced my original order w/another product similar to my original order, but was not sufficient to meet my needs/application. Replacement was mailed prior to me reviewing replacement order. I did get a full refund (original product plus postage on order) but did have to pay for return postage of the product. Would be best if a client was informed instantly that the product ordered was obsolete, would have saved all involved the time and cost spent.
