From the beginning the service I have received has been excellent. It has been a tricky changeover but Charlie P has been there to assist with every query and problem I have had and has sorted everything out.

Nathan was very clear with his quote and easy to communicate with, it was a great experience fixing our energy contracts.

We have organised the last couple of electricity contracts through energy Buzz. This time round they kept pushing us to agree terms of a contract several months before the expiration of our current one. I was suspicious at the time but we had the option of remaining with our current supplier in the event that rates went down.

In the end rates went through the roof and it turns out Energy Buzz were ahead of the curve with their advice. Whilst the rest of the country has seen huge increases we are in a fantastic position with a new contract set at yesterdays prices. Our previous supplier increased the rate of around 14.5p / kwh to 50p / kwh on their standard charge but our new contract is around 16.5p / kwh

I'm sure there was an element of luck but we wouldn't have seen it without Energy Buzz
